@Kounting6 OMG are you nuts? Her SP was horrible at Innsbruck. It had poor edges and overall shakiness. Her LP couldnt compete with Dorothy's in terms of oveall quality and musicality. Just compare their layback spins...enough said!
oh my! check the end of the clip, that's me, her little sister, handing her the flowers!(the one in the middle, with the hat on and those dimples!) Wow, European's was in Switzerland that year. I'll never forget that awesome performance! My sister is amazing.
Yes, you're right but last year I've seen her on Dutch TV special with Sjoukje Dijkstra (Olympic champion 1964) and Dianne still looks very good. She was actually coaching young skaters at that time.

beautiful program! She did that at the Olympics AND landed the triple toe. She should have won the gold in Innsbruk.

Dianne finally landed the triple toe at the 1976 Winter Olympics using this program. She would win the silver medal there .

@miffy1950 Many feel that Laurence Owen would have won in 1964,if she hadn't died in that Sabena plane crash with the US team.
