I'm not sure I agree that people are the cause, and there are many scientists that also don't agree that people are the cause. I'm willing to keep an open mind of course, however, the science, at least as I have seen it detailed by Al Gore's film, and other films, is specious. While there may well be a correlation between increased Carbon Dioxide and Temperature as shown by ice-core samples, that doesn't mean that CO2 causes it. Indeed, it could be how the life on the planet reacts, to adjust

However, I have not yet delved into all the studies, nor taken the study up myself. So, as I said, I am willing to keep an open mind. That said, with current information available, I think it is premature to state that humans are the primary (or indeed a factor worth noting) in any global changes temperature, at least in the prescribed manner.

I get sick of everyone saying people should lose their homes. These economists pushed for all these trade agreements that caused people to lose their jobs or take huge cuts in pay. Then these same people blame the homeowner for no longer being able to afford their home.

How about impose and expose fees for taxes. You never hear these guys bring that up.

it's not the trade agreements which make people lose jobs, but such governmental regulations like minimum wage, high taxes, bureaucratic controls, high tariffs, government spending and intervention in money market. Jobs are created thanks to the trade agreements and standard of living rises with more capital having been accumulated.

What impresses me the most is the stats. 101 trillion dollars of unfunded medicare and social security liability. Making the problem worse the government dips into this fund that was never meant to be permanent. According to Walter if things continue in the same pattern by 2040 80% of the budget will go to social security and medicare, This is not sustainable. The corporations will never allow there source of money to be sucked dry by the people. These programs will be even more compromised.

Human life IS nature.

And nature doesn't become depleted. Only the resources shift form and location. Everything that we eat today, existed as something else before it existed as todays dinner or lunch. If you were to actually study ecology, you would learn that there are cycles. Water we "use up" to water our lawns evaporate back into the atmosphere, and sink back into the earth, where it makes its journey back to the oceans and mountains and underground springs, but we call it "depleted."

Actually, at least Alex's position, is that the climate has gotten warmer, but disagrees with the cause. The world elite blame the people, rather than solar activity, which even has a demonstrable effect on other planets in the solar system that we clearly could not possibly effect.

He doesn't blame the NWO for Pine Beetles. But he does blame them for trying to exploit the phenomenon to gain power and dominion over others, even at the expense of the true ecology.
