For some reason this seems... woefully inadequate for 2011 computers. I get the feeling that this should have been phased out a decade ago. We should be using much more intuitive, animated, or otherwise dynamic methods for sharing this sort of information.

Something like infographics.

@fungi2915 its usually found in "all programs" then you go to" Microsoft works task launcher "and then to programs and the power-point should be there but if you have a mac or any other brand then you wont have it only on windows 7 I believe  Hope it helped ~ therainbowsocks101 :)

Does anybody know of a free powerpoint viewer or any viewer for ppsx files that once my customers download it..it will automatically associate to be the default viewer for ppsx files? I tried Microsoft Office PowerPoint viewer 2007 which will of course open a ppsx file but it does not automatically associate with it and I'm spending to much time with people that have poor navigation skills trying to get them to open the ppsx files. I need something to automatically associate to be default viewer

lol so look to the bottom left hand corner and you see a rectangle or circle that says start click start and then you see a link that says all programs and you go to find and type in microsoft 2007 hope that should work!
