If you run CONSTANTLY and your legs are almost always sore and you don't notice any results take it easy for a week (do light cardio). Just some food for thought from fellow winger..

Everything else I listed helps with muscle endurance, fast twitch muscles and helps you with anerobic resperation (Less soreness, more efficient muscles etc.) Anyway distance = Breath ; Everything else = Fast Legs. @ Chomchoyo, do you reccomend any cameras for under $200?
