I spend so I played it in chapter 9 in difficult co-op of 2 people and I went +1 kaiser knuckle and my luck was 5

Luck stat has nothing to do with treasure chest item manipulation. It's all random.

there are faster boots out there that give you luck as well i think they are in ctap. 9 with buzzerbee or whatever its called the sonic boots

Valmanway drops on 7 hard too that is how i got my second one.

Took me 367 runs for my two miser rings.

I got 2 Miser Ring on 66 times by Soma with only 5 luck.

Haven't played this stage yet. Looks pretty cool though. I still don't have a Valmanway either, even though I've beaten Drac like a billion times.
