I say man he's fast. Judging his distance from goal line and the time he make it to touchdown it is not a mere football player can do.
Folks do you guys ever read manga Eye Shield 21 who is about an RB whose 40 yard dash is 4.2 sec? Goddamnit, tht fucking manga is just great. and when I looked ar Noriaki I remember that RB who carries the ball all the way to goal line.
If he was american, he would be a starter in the NFL. No wonder this sport never develope as much as it should outside of a america. I think their is many players especially in the NFL Europe that would make it in the NFL. For example my countryman Carl-Johan Bjork who was on the practice squad with the packers and a couple of other teams. If he was american, he would be starting aswell. Their is a lot of talent who goes to waste just because you dont live in america.
@101Mons agree. non-american high school football players whose wanting to play at the NFL should consider applying for Div1 schools in the US and get into football program anyhow.

Why isn't this guy active on any NFL roster?
I can think of at least five teams that could use Kinoshita, especially my Redskins.

everyone knows you try to seal the outside and make him cutback, not stay inside and block your own defenders
