  • My CC instructor said that the officer does not have any business asking to see the weapon, much less taking possession of it during the stop. Once the CHL is displayed, the traffic stop should be conducted as usual.

If an officer asks me to hand him his weapon "for both your safety and mine" (WTH?) then I will politely state that I will be happy to do so, if he will also hand me HIS weapon so I can place it out of his reach. Fair is fair.

    And BTW, I'm left-handed.

  • No one believes this man would be speeding...had a cop ask me to leave my when i told him my hand gun was in the trunk. ky ccl in wv.

  • BS.

  • It sure is a sad state of affairs, nowadays. The cop and that man never even ONCE made eye contact. The interaction is such a far cry from the good old days. Now it's just like an interaction between two people who have a total distrust of one another, even though BOTH are likely good, decent people.

    It's just sad... That's all.

  • I find the whole idea of having the guy in the car grabbing the gun and handing to the cop to be utterly ridiculous. If the officer was smart, he would have the man exit the vehicle, and ask permission to obtain the weapon from inbetween the seats himself instead of having the man grab the weapon and hand it to the cop. Watch that video again, and see just how easy it would have been to shoot that cop, befire he would be able to draw his own weapon, if the pulled over man so desired.

  • In my opinion I feel if you are in a safe driving enviroment (off of the wighway) its best to tell the officer after youve informed them about your pistol to say "Officer I would feel much safer if I had you take it off of my person" In my class we were taught this as the best known method because then you have never handled the weapon around an officer. There may be a time when a backup officer sees that you are holding a weapon near an officer and doesnt know that you are complying. My 2 cents

  • It's a nice demonstration of how to civilly deal with a traffic stop, but I'm not sure why the driver had to notify the officer of his concealed weapon for this purpose. Could someone clarify?

  • @NUSensei If I'm not mistaken, each state allowing conceal carry, has penal codes in regards to disclosing whether or not you are armed. In Texas, CHL holders typically disclose. Honesty is usually is the best policy.

  • @politicjunkee It is usually best to disclose. Police usually are going to know when you have a CCDW anyway when they run your plate in many cases. I live in KY and that is the case here and I am sure it is like that in many states.

  • @NUSensei In certain states, there is a legal obligation to alert law enforcement if you're a CCW holder.

  • @NUSensei It's the law here in Texas. You must present the CHL along with DL to the police even when you're not carrying.

  • I am not in favor of handing a loaded handgun to a Police Officer through the window of a car.

A nervous man behind the wheel with a Cop leaning through the window is not a great candidate for safely fiddling with a gun.

I don't see any need to inform the Officer that you are armed unless he asks or if you have to get out of the vehicle.

If you are in LEGAL possession of a gun you have no worries.

The secret here is to Not Get Shot.

I don't want to be shot and neither does the Cop.

  • Here in New Mexico they normally won't even ask.

Our Vehicles are considered to be an extension of our homes.

New Mexico has the sanest gun laws in the U.S.

We also have a very low Gun Crime Rate.

I carry S&W handguns so I put the small "Protected By Smith & Wesson" decal on the back of my pickup.

    I get fewer tailgaters now.

Now, I want to comment on the video.

If that man had not been speeding he would not have been pulled over.

Save yourselves some trouble and simply obey the the Law(s).

  • @hammerogod It looks like i'm moving to New Mexico. Then again any state gotta have better laws than CA. hehe..

  • @EasternSnap except New York they have some of the most screwed up gun laws over.

  • @dirkdigler23 Shit, well both states have it bad then.

  • epends... What is the situation? Does it really need to be said? Did he ask? Its not the law to inform a officer you carry a weapon. Sometimes informing him will cause more problems for a simple traffic stop than is worth it. But it also depends on laws. But here in CO... You dont have to we are a open carry state etc etc. Very easy going when it comes to guns. If they ask tell them if not then they dont need to know. INfact here they tell people to carry something to defend themselfs with.

  • In PA we have no obligation to notify. Not really sure how removing the gun from a secure location makes either parties safer...

  • no reason to disarm a lawful permit holder. if the officer feels in danger he should shoot him or flee.

  • Just go ahead and tell the officer "I'm packing heat."

  • Never give your weapon to ANYONE!! A cop will never allow anyone to touch their weapon. taking your weapon out of a holster(if it is on your belt) is inviting a accidental discharge. What will the officer do if that happens? NEVER GIVE YOUR WEAPON TO ANYONE. Your weapon is totally safe when it is secured in YOUR holster and the cop is safer also.

  • @grassyknollblues right. placing the gun on top of a car is just begging for the gun to magically discharge. are you high or stupid?

  • He was breaking the law by speeding. Not breaking any other laws.

  • Not even a ticket ! Just a warning , cus he's an elderly and caucasian !

  • that's never gonna happend in real life, the cop might gonna shit his panty then start to call backup, then next thing you know he want you to get out of the car and start to grob your harry balls. then you end up with courts and trafic school.

  • Total BS. If I have my gun holstered on my body then it is concealed, ie, not visible. I have no duty to "notify" him/her unless they specifically ASK me if I have any weapons. If I'm asked, I will respond honestly, however I've never been asked during a traffic stop (maybe because I'm female?). Anyhow, in FL there is no duty to notify unless they specifically ASK. IMO, the fact that I have a gun on me is a "need to know" situation and they don't need to know to write me a ticket.

  • Comment removed

  • ....I wasn't aware that it was standard, or even legal/constitutional, for an officer to request you turn over your firearm when you aren't under suspicion of a crime.

  • There is no need to inform an officer if you are legally carrying a firearm.

  • Certainly officer, right after - for my safety and yours - you remove your hand gun with your left hand and put it in my left hand... I'll just put it here on my passenger seat until we are finished withh our business... That strikes me as the more reasonable response to the policeman's unreasonable demand.

  • Not a hater,.my father was a police officer-Here they are under a quota system but won't admit it.They have been caught out by news crews setting outrageous traps. They are a paramilitary force stomping on people's rights when they get short tempered. They'll make up an excuse to ticket or jail you. It's "yes sir,no sir" and you're screwed if you say constitutional rights! No reasoning,no "warnings" .They have power and they use it. Read the "Ethical Oath for Police Officers".It's a joke here.

  • stereotype my ass, it just goes to show how much you know. and your IQ is? you think all cops are saints? do you see whats going out there? police brutality all over buddy, wake up and smell what you are shovling, they can shoot first ask questions later, they can false arrest you with or without suspicion, not all cops obey there own laws, they are under oath to serve and protect the public, are they? you are dumbed down and stupid, not all police officers do there job by the book.

  • What if it's pouring down rain? I would not like that at all if he put my expensive handgun and leather holster on the roof so they could get soaked....fuck that!!!

  • I've never had a problem, cop pulled me over i told him and he didnt even ask to see it

  • thats the proper way to handle things, but in many cases cops will go apeshit on you, and have you arrested, all friggin paranoid,

  • @z34gtpz28 yeah, cause they don't want to get shot?

  • @DoctorTranIsBack and they are trigger happy too. abuse of power and above the law.

  • @z34gtpz28 what a stereotype. I hope your fourth-grade intelligence can handle what that word means. Only a very, very small amount of cops are "trigger happy" because they go through rigorous training and evaluation to make sure they don't pop a random nigga. Any cop who shoots at someone without reason would either be criminally charged, suspend/fired from his job, or both. Any cop who exercises actions that indicate they feel "above the law" will probably be put on some kind of suspension.

  • Respond to this video... great cop!

  • This cop couldnt have been more appropriate or a nicer guy. If only ALL cops were like this.

  • hahaha in reality it would go like this

man:doesn't say he has his gun

cop:sees the gun and goes crazy

    man: gets illegally detained

    cop:calls for backup

man: insists he isn't breaking any law

cop: cites the man a bogus ticket

man: scared ends up paying it

  • @ElPajaroMexicano Then it's the man's fault he doesn't go to court with the officer. In this nation, you have the right to do that. And, because the officer has not yet seen the license, he has every right to remove the firearm and detain the man. Once the man is detained, he would ask the officer to look in the glove compartment (or such) and tell them that's where the license is, then the man is set free. You're obviously uninformed, and maybe your name "elpajaromexicano" explains it a bit....

  • This would be a good video to show in Concealed Carry classes in Ohio as Ohio CHL holders are required by law to inform that they are armed if they are stopped by a police officer.

  • when i get pulled over with mine they usually just ask me where it is and thats the end of it.

  • All these "Gun Laws" are Illegal...Unconstitutional...and therefore NULL & VOID. The United States Constitution is our permit and I guarantee that if you took it to the supreme court that they'd say the same thing...or at least they would have until Bush and his gang of thugs all but destroyed this country and Obama came in for the finishing blow. Its nobody's business if you're armed and only Good citizens who have no ill intent follow would these Statutes(which aren't laws) anyway.

  • @BAZYRKYR

It is interesting the 2nd Amendment, written when they had in mind single-shot muzzle loaders. To own & bear arms: Does that include hydrogen bombs? Actually, IMHO the 2nd Amendment needs revising, but if they did, I don't think I wud like the outcome. The prob is that humans can neither be trusted with guns nor currently afford not to have them, becs plenty of villains have them. So, sell your shirt & buy a "sword."

  • @Thunkful2 Well...I don't thinks anything needs to be revised. I feel that ALL the the "laws" (statutes) need to be immediately repealed and Constitutional amendment 16 must also be repealed. And since some amendments were made to cancel others they need to basically remove all the clutter and ad a few more limiting the government from ever again becoming what it is today. As far as firearms they had more than single shot muzzle loaders back then. Not in mass quantity but they still knew of them

  • @Thunkful2 And knew that cartridge ammunition and rapid fire weapons would be available in mass quantity in the future. The whole point of the right to keep and bear arms is to protect us from a tyrannical government...and hunting goes without saying. Limiting the industrial usage of wild game is fine (breed various breeds of live stock for that) but a man hunting his families dinner should not have to be licensed or taxed.

  • @Thunkful2 And when protecting ourselves from a tyrannical government what chance would we have if we did not have similar weapons. The fact is...terrorism as the government and news media portray it is false in both its size, scope, and frequency of occurrence. Hydrogen and nuclear based weapons are expensive and believe it or not most folks (even Muslim "terrorists") just do not have the desire to kill people with them.........

  • @Thunkful2 Or with dirty bombs which are far cheaper than there nuclear or hydrogen counterparts. Its not realistic as 90%+ of "terrorist" attacks have been perpetrated by "legitimate" but hostile governments such as the United States and Israel.

  • @Thunkful2 And Great Britain as well but they are attached at the hip with the US and Israel.

  • @Thunkful2 In my opinion (in regards to the 2nd Amendment)...if you want to go to Wal-Mart with a full auto MP5 slung over your shoulder and 1 or 2 hand grenades on your belt then that's your business but the moment you get out of line and a concerned citizen puts you down then it is what it is.

  • @Thunkful2 The fact is if everyone is packing there would be a lot less shit talking and disrespect and within the first few years all the WORTHLESS IRRESPONSIBLE VIOLENT MURDEROUS THIEVES and your average everyday loud mouth nosey asshole would have died off or been killed off and America would once again be a very pleasant place to live....kind of like in the movie "The Patriot" but without the British.

  • Ok when was the last a ccw holder shot a police man

  • @SuperShooter03 I'd venture to say...Probably Never. Which I'm sure was exactly what you were implying. All these anti-gun communist have no valid points and just look like a bunch of uneducated pussies.

  • Now you dont even have to tell a officer that you have a firearm.

  • After you relinquish your own safety, what then if a third party comes along and presents a life threatening posture to you and the officer? This procedure is not reasonable in my opinion! How is a legally armed person a threat to any officer? I would have said "Good Keep your firearm and hands on the wheel till we're through" Thats the right way for both parties, and any third party intruder. My way give respect and honor is mutually exchanged between them both.

  • this only happened to me one time when i had my gun on me and i make sure i tell the cop b4 he or she has a chance to talk but it was a lil nerve racking, but the cop told me he all ready knew cause he ran my plate number

  • In Ohio, the weapon does not have to be visible anymore,BUT you are required by Law to notify the Officer first thing that you have a permit and are armed. Also in Ohio the weapon must be secured to your person, or in a case or glove box. Carrying between the seats would be a violation.

  • i carry and never tell the cop im carrying if he asks then i tell but id never alert him to my gun if not needed.

  • Now, while you are all entitled to your opinions. It's just out of respect on my point of view that letting the officer know you have a hand gun is fine. He didn't yell, or ask him to step out. It's just him doing his job and following the method expecting the unexpected. Anything can happen.

  • This is BS! A CCW holder is no threat to the Police. A criminal carrying illegally is a threat, and isn't going to tell the cops he's got a gun. Why should you even mention the weapon? What harm would it have been to not mention the weapon? Everything would have been the same except that the firearm would have been in a different location. Now you have an officer, who is probably not a "Gun guy", handling what is most likely an unfamiliar weapon. I would think that makes everyone less safe.

  • We all have a 5th Amendmight right to remain silent and not incriminate ourselves

  • i was taught not to say anything about it just hand over your permit with your license ,because if he has a partner that approaches from the other side of the car and all he hears is the word gun their could be a bigger problem ,

  • @kharvey507 PREACH khavey507 PREACH.

  • Not in Florida!

  • UH no not how it would go... question: Do you have any weapons in the vehicle? Answer: Yes I do I have a _ _ _ _ _ on me. Officer: Step out of the vehicle with you hands in front of you, SLOWLY. you would then be restrained and disarmed. At least that has been my experience in AZ.

  • Oh, I'm sure that the police would just give you a warning in these economic times. Forget it, This kind of infraction now-a-days would cost a lot of money. All hail the all-mighty green dollar.

  • I prefer just to carry the gun in my trunk. Then if I get stopped I don't have to go through all of that.

  • @squareatheist - your in your car how often? So how do you access your gun in an emergency? Ask everybody to stop and wait?

  • @QuesoChino Well, you do have a point, but I just don't like the idea of carrying my handgun in the passenger compartment for several reasons. 1. At work management doesn't like me to have the gun in my car. I don't want someone to see it and for it to be a problem. 2. I have kids in the car occasionally and I don't want them to get access to the gun. 3. Some of my friends are more anti-gun. I don't want them to accidentally see the gun and then end up having a political debate with them.

  • @squareatheist I understand.

  • Reaction really depends on the officer. I live in the city and rookie officers make me dead nervous. I rather they put me in handcuffs outside the vehicle and let them grab the weapon. A seasoned cop has more composure and knows how to not create tension when handling a routine stop.

  • i would be nervous about handing my gun to a cop specialy if he cant see where im getting it from. up here where i live it is expected to have one on you this time of year for hunting season. so the cops are used to it. but still. this is the way everyone should handle a traffic stop with or without a weapon. most cops where i lve a good guys. but im way up north.

  • you don't need a permit to carry a gun in your car.

  • @MrRontree Unless you reside in the People's Republic of New York.

  • @MrRontree you do here if it is loaded and with in reach of the driver.

  • @FixedByDoc

i agree in most place you can carry a loaded gun in a car without a permit but only if it cannot be reached by anyone in the car

  • @tubevideoguy762 Here in NC you better have it VISIBLE! I know that's fucked up, but a responsible gun owner will always tell an officer he is armed.......legal or not

  • @suckmycod

lol it is what it is all local laws will be different for better or worse

  • @tubevideoguy762 Agreed my friend! we must stick together for the common good........

  • @MrRontree In most places yes, you do need a permit. Lots of people carry a gun in their car anyway, but in most places you need a permit.

  • 16 mph over the limit and he gets away with a warning? Not bad. Time to get my carry permit i guess.

  • @51516

that isn't that rare really when i did not have a michigan cpl i got stopped for 33 over which could have been classified as a "dangerous level of speed" under michigan law but since the officer said i likely did not see the sign advising the road turns from a 55 to a 25 i wasn't ticketed

  • If I ever get stopped by the police I hand them my DL and CWL together when they ask for ID and without saying anything. They will (should) ask where my pistol is and then I tell them. If they want to see it then they can have me get out of the car and retrieve it from my belt themselves. Verbally telling them youre armed can be misinterperted and is in my opinion not the best policy unless local laws require it.

  • @Snipe4261 I agree 100%.

  • @TurboMan51 I agree CCW permits are only given to law abiding citizens, the cop already knows before he approaches you by running you tag number if there are any warrants out for your arrest. If he doesn`t ask,I don`t tell unless maybe if he asks you to get out of the car.

  • @N2thedrink What a fucking stupid ass comment. Be carful what you say, ass maggot. I shit bigger than you and dont like you making threats aginst my brothers. Check that mouth of yours, thumbdick! Your easier to find than we are.

  • Now if all cops were as professional as this cop was in the VIDEO!! I would have no problem telling the Officer that Im legally armed! and gladly comply. Problem is too many inexperianced and power trip cops out there! No telling how they are going to react and it could get real ugly if he's the kind of cop that doesnt like the idea of citizens being legally armed. Its a tough call however if I were a cop I would want to know.

  • Handing a loaded gun to anybody includeing a police officer is stupid. Always ask to step out of the vehicle and let the officer retrieve it if he feels the need. Imagine if that pistol had got hung up and discharged!

  • @troutbumist I wouldn't analyze this too much. If the officer asks for the gun and it discharges, then he is responsible for any consequence. Do what the police tell you.

Some of these comments suggest posters would shoot it out with the police. Why? He's not disarming you, he's just ensuring his safety and that of passersby for the duration of the stop. It is reasonable. No point in making a mountain out of what should be a molehill.

  • sorry occifer i was just unloadin this camber in yo face

  • @N2thedrink thats a threat attitude.

  • Bad idea not having all his credentials in his hand before the officer is at the car. He opened a glove box? If I was on duty and had pulled you over that would put me at edge. he didn't talk to the officer either while he was doing any of that to make the officer feel more comfortable.

  • it would be great if this sort of mutual respect really took place in the real world.

Unfortunately it doesn't. This 'cop' obviously is behaving this way because it's a video on how it 'should' work in a perfect world.

Hell show us one where the driver ISN'T armed and the cop is courteous!

Nice try but I'm not having any of it :(

  • can i carry a AK-47 with a CCW lic.??? or a uzzy??

i live in a real bad neighborhood :(

  • @thehulk3010 In certain states depending on the type of permit they issue... for instance Iowa is "weapons carry permit" not a "concealed carry permit". So I can technically walk down the street with an ak-47 slung from my shoulder and be ok. However Iowa is new to the law and so are the officers here and it will end up causing more problems for yourself then its worth...

  • @thehulk3010

What state are you in? Some Police will count it as a pistol because it has a pistol grip but others will say it's a rifle. In Indiana you can carry a rifle or shotgun loaded up not concealed in a car if you are 18. If you want pistol grips or a handgun to carry you gotta be 18 and get the LICENSE to carry a handgun. you can carry at 18 in Indiana.

  • this video is bullshit because asshole cops dont talk to citizens with any type of respect. they are cocky assholes

  • The pigs HATE it when people have legal rights to protect themselves. They think THEY are the only ones with a god given right to protecting their families. Pigs make me want to puke.

  • @isdfgbsdf

What is a "pig"? All of the Police I talk to were interested in guns before they had a badge and most of them carried handguns before they were sworn officers. I think it depends on what state you are in and the gun laws you are bound to.

  • @isdfgbsdf at what point in this video was the officer mad that he had a firearm? get over the whole " I hate cops BS" if they weren't here most people would be getting robbed, and killed or whatever. Show some respect.

  • @summitsoccer15 this video is bullshit.Number one,YOU don't dictate policy to me you ass face.My comment has 5 thumbs up,your retort is ignored. In the real world, this guy would be hassled for sure. This is fantasy land video. Cops deserve no respect until they earn it. I've never known one who did. Go fuck your mother. You go believe that the cops are the reason there is no anarchy, I believe it is because of the amount of guns in private hands. You obviously have a pig in the family, fuck 'em!!!

  • @isdfgbsdf That's why you hate cops. Every time you get pulled over or anything you act like a fucking asshole like you are now that why they treat you the way your treated. I've been pulled over and was nice to the guy, and I have to say he was "surprisingly" nice back. settle down.

  • @summitsoccer15 I think it's generally accepted by everybody besides retarded anarchists that we need a police force to keep order and enforce laws, however that doesn't change the fact that law enforcement as a whole in the US is a joke, and the punchline is that taxpayers are paying them to server and protect and most of the time serve and protect means write a bunch of bullshit tickets and treat people like garbage because they're big strong police officers, Grrrrr. The last time I had any

  • @summitsoccer15 dealing with the police I was coming in from a 6 day long work week at 1am on a sunday, exceedingly tired and not thinking too well, and drove around a "police road block" which was just a couple cop cars in the road, which I thought were responding to a wreck on the far side. After I realized my mistake I drove back and was threatened with arrest, verbally harassed, treated like some punk kid, not a professional adult that works for a living and pays the taxes that pays him.

  • @summitsoccer15 Oh and the time before that I was stopped for speeding in a speed trap(as in i was going the speed limit until a sign that i didn't see dropped the speed limit by 10mph for no reason other than to write people tickets) and advised the officer that i had legal firearms in the trunk including an unloaded handgun with no ammo in the vehicle and was forced to get out of the car, patted down and searched and my entire vehicle searched from top to bottom.

  • @summitsoccer15 Fuck the police, they haven't done shit for me. I don't give a fuck what you say bitch, people getting robbed? Rob someone and take off, police won't find them.

  • @summitsoccer15 I agree with you on most cops but there are some that are egotistical assholes like the one that pulled his gun on me when i let him know i had a conceal and carry

  • @isdfgbsdf your an ignorant beaner fuck your 5 thumbs up...fuck your country.. fuck you

  • This is not like it has to be . Last time i got pulled over . I told the officer the same thing as the gentleman being pulled over in this video but the office told me to put my hands on the vehicles door and opening the door he then took the hand gun checked it made it safe . then asked me for my lic and registration as my ccw lic. everything checked ok he handed me the weapon with my magazine separate . and said thank you . that how it supposed to be in my opinion

  • @GMELECTRONICS365

Bullshit. A citizen who is simply being stopped for a traffic infraction who informs the officer that he is armed should only be concerned with one thing: making sure his hands are visible to the officer on the steering wheel and providing any documents the officer may require. I think it is rude for a police officer 1) to disarm someone when that person can simply keep his hands visible, and 2) to unload a weapon and hand it back that way.

  • @ekfinn In real life A Police Officer is only there to enforce the law not to protect you . His only concern is his safety when it comes to a citizen that has a ccw permit and handgun or firearm.

  • @GMELECTRONICS365

I maintain: The weapon staying on my person, and concealed, is safest for everyone, nor does it interfere or endanger that officer by staying that way. If he has a reason to ask me to remove myself from the vehicle for the purposes of a search or arrest, then obviously disarming is going to come into the equation. Traffic stops, with or without a summons for infraction, are in no way justification for disarming someone.

  • @ekfinn Lmao tell that to the west palm beach police. Racism still exist . And every time i get stopped its not nor 2 police officers its 3 or 4 or 6 special if i tell the officer i have my ccw and my handgun is in my person. Its either that or the officers here are brain washed with he media non sense .

  • @GMELECTRONICS365

    Racism still exists. This is my take: prior to 1970 there was this awful racist segregation in the south. Then the nation decided briefly that this was evil & there shud be integration. By & large the white persons went along with this; we wud all just be people (pigment irrelevant). But lo & behold multiculturalism raised its head;

Afro-americans referred to ea other exclusively as brothers & proceed to be racist. Now this is pushed w/ Hispanics. What a disappointment.

  • Having taken Concealed Carry Class, I have learned in my state:

    1) tell the officer you have the permit,

    2) tell him what guns you have with you,

    3) the cop can arbitrarily decide to take your permit.

Police may stop someone & get shot suddenly. I feel for them.

They may be distracted writing a ticket, checking by radio for warrants. They won't feel safe leaving the person stopped with a gun. One might scratch his leg & the cop think he has to outdraw someone.

  • @Thunkful2 Every state is different and some officers don't know what to do in a situation like this. Only one Officer did the right thing every other officer that had stopped me or a co worker while i was the passenger allways disarmed me and my friend. As long as the officer feels safe you should too unless hes an idiot and once you tell him you have a gun and starts shouting then the whole thing changes and i would ask for his supervisor .

  • @ekfinn

  • @GMELECTRONICS365 Really? Hows about you aren't harming anyone, they have no right to check your gun? They don't allow you to check theirs do they?

  • @b4mp3r remember the media is against CCW Permit Holders. Why do you think i get allot of theses idiot cops thinking im gonna kill someone when in fact i got more training than they do in my firearms and they believe if an armed citizen gets angry hes gonna shoot someone. Its not me its that way people are and the way they can think for themselves the fucked up part is one day maybe an armed citizen will save their lives.

  • @GMELECTRONICS365 I see no problem with them holding the weapon while running your license and registration - in both Alaska & Minnesota they take the weapon to their car, in AK the state troopers will return your weapon unloaded w/ instructions not to reload the weapon till they have pulled away.

  • @aodhanof90 as long as he does not mess with my handgun I'm good. and as long as he is not a dick or a police officer that is ignorant or just want to mess with me i will do as he says to make him or her feel safe. But if he's a dick then i will use my rights to make him learn what he has to do. other than that that is how i have dealt with a police officer .

  • good job , good info

  • good info

  • never tell the cops your armed- why get hasseled ...
