When I first time played this level I turned those piles around like an hour! Then I even draw those pictures on paper clips and turned them around until I finally got it! But now watching the "right" answer I did it even more complicated way :D You turn only TWO piles and I turned four!

@vgrba3 no his video is right you really do it wrong you have to start over and then turn them but it works

you are obviously not doing it right, check the order and orientation when turning the stones as in video.
