@wolffe93 It is. You're just thinking of celtic music with fiddles, and bagpipes. This is actually more of what they play in Ireland. I visit Naas every summer, trust me. :)
The six territories recognised as Celtic nations are Brittany (Breizh), Cornwall (Kernow), Ireland (Éire), the Isle of Man (Mannin), Scotland (Alba), and Wales (Cymru).
This isn't Irish music. It is synthesized new age. Same goes for Enya, Celtic Women, or any of that other crap. Look up Sean-Nos is you want real Irish singing.
@UberDeathTurtle celtic isnt just irish? theres also the welsh scottish and many of the briton tribes its could be very well representing anything but lets put that aside and actually listen to it
@UberDeathTurtle I fully agree. This song, as to the others on this album, seem like an attempt to mimic new age alternitives. The only part that does welling to give a celtic style, is the the cover.
@Emcmillin09 I love Enya's music. Her songs were my first exposure to Celtic Music. This was about 15 years ago. I've been listening to Celtic Music ever since then.
I'm glad my comment evoked such deep thoughts and I agree entirely but maybe some of thoughs who focus on the ugly and negative things in life this may give them something good to focus on if only for a few minutes
This song doesn't sound sad to me... it sounds more like a golden sunrise over rolling hills on a warm summer's day just as everything slowly wakes up.
@BizzarreProductions Thats the thing that saddens me. Homesick. Even though I have never been to any places like Ireland or Scotland, I feel like my blood has been there and it misses the rolling hills with a slow golden sun rising over lush green grass and trees. My heart misses it all...
@Xielot I couldn't agree more. I look at pictures of Ireland, and of all these faraway places, or even of places that don't exist (pictures of planets like Pandora) and feel a longing for them. It's like I KNOW I've been there before, and all I want to do is return home, the place where I belong.
This is the only kind of music that's capable of making me teary eyed.

@Madrox87 Discrepo sobre la idea de catalogar una cultura tan rica a territorios concretos, es mas, creo que es absurdo, con todos mis respetos.

@Flamehawk1 I know, I study Celtic Music. This isn't Celtic music. You can't just put synthesizers to anything and call it Celtic.
