Mr. Jagan... here the point is not abt following a procedure. Yes YSR followed the same procedures of CBN but additionally added a concept called as "getting personal benefits out of the same procedures". Permit and licencing system undi mee istam vacchina vaalaki projects kattabettataaniki kaadu.
