you have to get ten stars first, then sunlight will start showin through that window. When it does, use the c-pad to look up and enter that level. You don't have to collect the red coins to unlock it, you just have to jump on the big red button in the middle. Hope this helps people

after u get a few stars like 5 or sumtin u look up on da star thing in da middle of da 1st floor wer u start out and u fly 2 da thing in da middle and step on da cap den exit and its unlocked

you know that big circle when you enter the castle, just stand right there and look up and your will be in a world and there is going to be a big red button press and then you have it
