Well, my thanks goes to YOU! I'm afraid that I'll be forced to leave my trade because of this economic disaster here in America and to stay alive I might have to work in the shoe department of Sears or at some other sterile job in order to survive. What a lousy deal our leaders have given us while we watch the world's superpower fall by the wayside. It really sux!
I love this video ~ and you're right about the tedium. Looks like hours and hours of work. The final result is awesome! And your choice of music is captivating. Merci!
Many was the night (after a day's sanding) that I came home with a backache from bending over to grind and sand that cheap, low grade, stainless steel from China.
Yes, I love the music too, it's Ray LaMontagne who came recommended by my eldest son, Karl,(a born music lover).
Look him up on LimeWire, he's got a few nice numbers. Are YOU having success with LimeWire?
Again, thanks for the hit and the swell comment and for your faith in my videography!
haha...glad to see i'm not the only one tossing things out the shop door! machinist...artist....and cinematographer....your a true renaissance man. Damn good taste in music too i might say! good work!
Flinging the disk? Let me confess, there was a 30 yard dumpster right outside the bay door and I very rarely miss!
Thanks for watching! It makes these little videos seem like they're being shared with others who find a bit of themselves somewhere in the picture. Yes, I've done a few things and been somewhat like that renaissance guy you see me as, thanks for the compliment.
Music? The 'funnest part of the video thing is picking the tune to play in the background. Again, thanks friend...
Now, I'm hearing Ray LaMontagne's great song "Troubles" on one of those insurance company commercials. it only took them 10 months to seize on the treasure that is wrapped up in this piece of music!

Beautiful work from another ironworker. Good luck, in an unlucky economy.
