Weight Loss commercials: Triggers no more!

I ALWAYS see those commercials, And I always felt like,somethings wrong with me,am I some kind of monster for being just even a little bit bigger? now I realize,I'm not. I'm not going to feel guilty for eating a piece of cake, or a small fry. I'm not going to starve myself so I can have a *sexier, leaner, 2dress sized body!!* I'm rambling now..But I just want to let you know, that this video,has def. changed the way I veiw myself, as well as my life,and the lives and thoughts of others.

i am so glad you posted this. Your so mature for your age. (no offense but alot of girls i know in their mid twenties still dont get it.)One reason why alot of young girls have so many issues with body image. You are right we are obessed with beuty. (sorry my spelling sucks)
