Hey Tory, I've read that these Ideal Orgs are bought and paid for by church members, given to the IAS (which I am guessing exists as a way for the CoS to get donations with no US oversight or tax since it is in England), who in turn lease it back to the local church. So the IAS gets a fancy building to put in their asset portfolio, that they didn't pay for, and collect rent on it. Is this true? If so, it's another amazing scam, beyond the disconnection, fair game, and sci-fi nonsense.

I discovered that the Narconon program is alive and well in the Hollywood community. I heard that the member's of the NARCONON program attack those who speak out about this program and prevent them from working on their productions and basically Black Ball them out of industry. Anyone else hear anything about this issue in the Industry ?

The proper thing that I should have been doing was college not working on staff so that the last 15 years of my life would have been filled with a decent amount of income.
Well I just got laid off so I qualify to go back to school under WIA. Being kept poor and only getting jobs that public offer you and kept subservient to women from 16 to 23. I'm still recovering. They caught me again at 28 and ruined me. I finally left for good got my GED 5 years ago, got a job at a solar factory. I was already self conscious and introverted and this cult just 10Xd it. If my dad wasn't in this maybe my parents would still be together and I would be better off.

Please don't take it the wrong way, but since there are no public assistance agencies dedicated to ex-cult members (yet), might I suggest that you might look into human trafficking dot O R G or even local groups that counsel re-entering ex-prisoners. I think its tragic that there cant be a decent spirituality to seek out these days & that since all religions have shown their flaws these days with Christian priest child molesters etc & suicides like heavens gate free love gone through govt aids creation, $ is the only alluring path.

I knew it! When I used my search engine to look up "Religious Freedom Watch" I saw a picture of Tory with he devil horns on. I saw other critics pictured in an unflattering way. RFW was like reading a poor imitation of the National Lampoon or a CRACKED Magazine compared with MAD. I think that Tory knew that they would use the picture of her with those red horns on her head ahead of them and ahead of time. I read no further. It wasn't analytical, only slanted and irrational.

You know some of these principles you just came out with sound so much that comes from the Holy Scriptures in the Bible (YAH's Words). It makes you think what others seek to live by and what is right. Would be nice if alot of people would seek the Lord who made Heaven and Earth. He wants everyone to get ready for His coming!

@hokeypokeynokie I am not sure----exactly. What I did learn in C of $, once out, is that OT's were treated VERY differently, unbeknown to us. I do know towards the end of the 90's ALL were ordered to not only re-do OT 7 and 8, but also ALL training (and pay for it, too!) How's that for a con? Happy Friday and thanks to you all :)
