Dear Shamamed,They speak in Ersary dialect, because as far as I know majority of Turkmen in Afghanistan speaks in this dialect, and Tahir is possibly one of them. For me its normal, likewise, the Yomuts in Iran would speak in Yomut dialect and our Teke brothers would speak in their own dialect. I look at this issue as a color of our society, not as a joke. In my the funny thing is, the approach of some people, who wants all over the world should accept and follow, what they think is the 'right'.
