I hope ebay credited your money (account) back.The resolution is helpful becausethey investigated a couple issues for me and got good results by them returning back mymoney since the seller never responded to my complaints as a buyer.I don't sell on ebay because its not easy to work.When I tried to sell something as "Buy it Now" (only)10 days later someone had won the auction as a bid Not "Buy it Now." Don't buy an expensive item from a ebayer with under (10) feedbacks. I also see the picture hasn't been taken by a degital camera.

You've got no choice but to open a dispute which will get Ebay involved and you will get a refund if the seller doesn't show proof of postage. If the seller doesn't give you the refund after Ebay has got involved. You will have to take the matter to the police and go to court but you will most likely get the refund before it goes that far.

lemme start by saying paypal will reburse you for your loss. I have had some people scam me right in the ass over 500-1000 dollar items. I think you should be weary of people with only 5 feedback. Ive been scamed by people with over 500 all 100% and most where small items he sold and then tried scamming 1000 bucks. Also a lot of people are sending fake items as well a got one of those a couple years ago. Sorry for the bullshit you had to deal with.

Than he sells something and you think it's no problem cause he has 100% positive feedback.
