Other fighters who holds belts in TKD: Bas Rutten, David Loiseau, Dan Hardy, Mike Swick, Seth Petrizelli and Cung Le just to name a few. Any one of those fighters I'm sure could more than handle you. Please get your facts straight before posting trash you no doubt heard in your Muay Thai class. Plus, Sport Tae Kwon Do is completely different from real TKD. Just like BJJ is mostly sport based versus true self defense oriented.
@KiLlerDeVaStAtioN i love people like you who know nothing about martial arts who come in chest thumping about what style sucks and how BJJ is the best (even though a karate master destroyed them) if you knew anything you'd know it's the skill and technique that wins not the form.

By the way, these guys turn out the best taekwondo stylists I have ever seen. Very high quality - not your run of the mill chain TKD school at all.
The guys making negative comments have just never been exposed to old school hard core TKD and Korean MA.

Tae Kwon Do is so useless. Its more flashy than effective. That's the exact reason why you don't see any Tae Kwon Do fighters in MMA matches.
