They are the same thing. The movie was originally titled Paradise City but they changed it to Degrassi Goes Hollywood.

remember the movie they made in season 4? well there making a sequal, and paige gets mannys old part, so manny tries to get her part back. you'll see marco, craig, ellie, emma, liberty, and i dont know who else, but alot more.
