salam. firstly, the Quran ayat says if two or more daughters then the share is two third, but i am calculating for just one daughter and hence the share 1/5th (As per Hadith). BUT Even if you apply 1/3d you get the same answer. Try IT!!!

Yes it allocates shares, not the way of calculation. But it doesnt matter how you calculate it you will never be able to give the full shares indicated by allah to each person. You claim that that is the quranic way to calculate it but can you show me even one verse where allah says that thats the way it should be done? Following your method none of the people will get their exact share indicated by allah.

Quran just allocates share as you have already admitted.... but the calculation already existed (found in hadith) and is applied to get the above results. PLUS i said "Quranic Allocation"...so dont try too hard..lol..buzz off

You are again failing to read and understand the Holy Quran which clearly says "ma taraka"; means what inheritance left after shares are distributed in the order of preference. so the daughters and father, mother are getting exact share from what is left in the inheritance after the wife has given her share.

I have read 5 translations of the quran. None of them give any order of preference at all. Where is the order of preference in the Quran? Besides Allah says his laws are CLEAR, then why do shiites and sunnis have different inheritance laws?
