Also, there were no nobodies at the time of Birth By Sleep, so that makes it pretty much impossible for it to be one. Yes, he does have the Nobody symbol on his chest, but that may be a connection that will be revealed later.

Just because it is (well, it isn't, but for hypothetical purposes...) Xehanort's Nobody doesn't mean it can't use his keyblade. Roxas used the kingdom key.

I also totally forgot that for someone to "lose their heart to darkness" they need to be attacked by a heartless (or experimented on XP) and for that to happen there need to be heartless (or be stuck in Ansem's basement).

@Malikarcanum You forgot one thing though. This is 11 years prior to Kingdom Hearts 2. The most likely case here is he's like Terra's armor, a lingering will. The symbol on his armor most likely becomes the Nobodies identity because the leader is Xemnas, the nobody of Xehanort. We know that Xehanort is the incarnation of Master Xehanort, whose armor you face.

@GH3master44 He is Xehanort's Keyblade Armor, animated but empty, just like Armor of the Master is Eraqus' Keyblade Armor. However, this armor is the armor that Xemnas dons during a couple parts of the final battle in KH2, because he was spawned from Xehanort.
