i got very sore shoulders from the shouldermount - but that isn't a problem anymore, i'm getting back into pole dancng now after a while off it, i'm usually on an hour to hour and half a day now - but the weathers so hot here at the moment and it turns my dance space into a sauna

Very nice, T-K. I loved your beginning pose. The shoulder mount through Aysha sequence at 1:07 was my favorite. This was a different angle for the viewer than you usually see. You always produce the most appealing shapes in your poses. The bow at 3:22 was a most perfect French curve...very pleasing to the eye. This one was definitely worth the wait!
