The light at 3:25 can easily be duplicated with a cardboard cut-out. The lady said she had to "kick on the recording" at 1:41 AM. The recorded light was as still as can be, therefore what ever was producing it was as still as can be. If she were there to "kick on the recording", then she had to be there to witness whatever produced the light. BUSTED.
