  • What a great video. I read references to a style called Gong Li in a book on Ba Gua, but have never been able to finf any more information on the style. Every attempt to find Gong Li the style has lead to Gong Li the longfist form.

    Thanks for posting this.

    I'd love to see more froms from the Gong Li style.

  • where did this form originate? just curious because the sequence resembles the one I had learned but the spirit is a little different.

  • It's not a Gong Li Quan Form but the Jia Zhi(Structure Set)of Gong Li Quan Style.Gong Li Quan is a famous Martial Art that originated and has been practiced in Cangzhou in Hebei Province, the area with long martial arts tradition.The style emphasizes both internal and external development,hence its name : Gong - which here means Internal Power, and Li - Physical Strength.
