  • This is lovely. I found that I could (more or less) play it from the keyboard .

Yes I think on organ they can play slower - more sustain. Your speed is perfect on vihuela

  • Dear Siegfried - bravo for playing this old favorite so very well. You are a fine musician. I look forward to your postings. Greetings from sunny San Francisco! George Becker

  • Thank you, George, for your kind remarks.

my old and rough hands of a gardener and former chemist even did grow in flexibility with starting at the theorbo recently.

... there are 3 other couplets at Pasquini´s Folias, and many other projects are in the tube ;-)).

we also higjhly estimate your postings. greatings Siegfried (and Dorothea)

  • Thank you Aisha for this kind comment.

some day i´ll play it better (and couplets 3 - 5 too). organ players prefer much less speed in this piece, but i feel, it should be played with some extasy ;-)).

    regards - Siegfried

  • Dear Siegfried,

Such a remarkable playing and an intriguing story. I was really dreaming , plunged into the atmosphrere by your imagination... Thank you.
