In the end of practice we all have headaches and neck pains. lol, i know what it's like, i actually started a few weeks ago, this is my jr year. so yeah i started playing by people that have been playing by many years, the most important thing is to not be afraid, if someone hits you, you just have to keep getting up. thats how you learn to play football. going against people that will put you on your ass every practice lol..eventually you'll get the hang of it and start learning how to not get run over. but mostly, stay low and dont hit with your helmet.
