  • I really like this, it reminds me of really cold windy days when snow is blown in whisps across roads.

  • love your work man. can you get any of your pieces done in this style? once i get my friends back interested in gaming again I would love to get some of your other stuff done in this style.

  • Yes, any current items I make can be done in a snow theme. You can make that request at the time of purchase in the store. There would be a small extra charge for the extra labor/materials for most items, figure 5-10% depending on the piece.

  • Most people were skeptical about the GW board when it came out. (I am still working on my own versionsssss plural) but I think that by now it has been proven that in the hands of a creative person with skill they can turn out very very well. The flocking on modular stuff is hell, I know.

Also, I think the customer had space wolfs on his mind, but that might be me.

  • The quality of the set is very high. The bag I find tears in the corner just from shipping though. They should have made the bag with the same durability in mind as the set. :)

  • Looks superb

  • Looks cool man.

  • Nice work. Keep it up :)

  • instead of woodland scenics i use baking soda and watered down white glue in a spray bottle in light layers it looks real nice

  • I have heard of that before as well. I should give it a try. Thanks for the info.

  • very nice

  • Looks good

  • on will fit exactly to each other.

Hope I've explained myself well enough for you to understand.

By the way, nice looking terrain as usual!

  • Interesting idea. I also thought that it could be snowed on the edges with dark areas preserved in the middle. It may just reverse the pattern however so your idea may be the way to go. It would be a bit more involved though. :)

  • Hmmm. Today I spent about a half hour looking at the template idea and I don't think it is feasible. The hills present some serious restrictions on layouts that make match ups impossible if you have more than 1 patch of snow on the corner of 4 boards. The problem is made bigger by the fact the hill is not completely symmetrical (one half is larger than the other.) Tough problem to crack...

  • To get rid of the hard line/square for snow fade from one board to the other, you could start by fading the snow to the same area on one board, meaning the exact same area on all four sides, then as you create each sequential board, you match that so that the fade will be in the same spot on all the boards, then you vary the actual fade up to the edge. That's going to make more work the first time you do it, but if you create some kind of template, every other board that you make from (cont.)

  • sliping on black ice if fun cold wether irge

  • as usual something special about your work !

  • very nice

  • So you have a cold? Maybe it's the board ;D

    Nice work as always.
