ITS WRONG WAY TO LIFT THE CAR...
Make loops of belt over FRONT wheel joints so that when the car is lifted its engine is UP. Doing this could help drain the water out as well.
Well...when there are no responsible people to help around then this is what you can expect from a common citizen.
