Terrence Howard should've been War machine. His personality and passion for the role is just so much more apparent than Don Cheedle. That's not to discredit the guy but Terrence fit way better man and it's a role he has personal involvement in doing, in which quality would've spoke for itself as an actor I would think.

Now he's not in the film. That sucks big time!

Next scene: "You all witnessed a training operation yesterday, no one was hurt". I know I fucked up on the quotes btw, but you get my drift, my nigga.
Don Cheadle is a solid actor, hes great but you can't go around replacing people for no reason. I find this augment that its okay because the replacement is a good actor stupid. it would be one thing if Terrance Howard was a terrible actor and they got some one better but he isn't and they didn't. and not telling was low.
I love Don Cheadle and Terrance Howard however, if.... the producers didn't hold
up their end of the contract, perhaps they will work out a deal where T. Howard is compensated anyway. With all this media speculation the impact on an individual's career could be quite costly .

No. It's not bad. Cheadle is a very accomplished actor and will be good in the part. The sucky part is the drama that Marvel actually generated in their pursuit of god knows what.
