It is very close to buffy season 3 titles but there is no Bonezz so it must be 2,5

@PagiesGang But Boreanaz was a regular throughout season 2... and Emma Caulfield wasn't even in the show.. I really have no idea which credits are those, it can't be season 4 because Charisma Carpenter is there. :/

If this is Season 3, Why isn't Angel in this and why is Anya in it when she barely showed up in the 3rd season?

This is barely season 3. It's a cool intro, but it has clips from the series finale. It's basically just a pastiche of every season, pretty much.
