It's a good thing you bring this up. My dad has about two or three guns in the house. There's one gun that he actually sleeps with at night. He says it's a 44 Magnum and yes, it is a loaded gun. So if any idiot tries to break into this house, he's going to shoot.

4. cont. finally, if a human being wasn't SUPPOSED to be able to defend himself? why were we born with adrenaline or the ability to become physically fit...so we could simply lay in the fields and stare at the sky all day long?
we were born with those abilities so that we could do the work required to sustain and protect ourselves. criminals use those attributes to break into your home, to hurt /kill your damn family and you don't even care to stop that from happening?
3. cont. anyway, for all fellow neighbors who don't believe in protecting yourself. when zombies attack...i don't want to see your scary ass on my doorstep when the shit goes down in the neighborhood. you don't believe in gun ownership, remember?
it's a man's duty to determine how to protect his family: gun, mace, knife, bat, damn wasp spray, whatever you choose...the whole family should be trained, just like you would on a fire escape route.
2 cont. ...i really don't understand this allure and preoccupation with being a victim. what you are asking all families is to submit to the role of victim.
now we seek low calories, fat, sugar...when we want to avoid bad health
best possible schooling...for best possible job
find the best investment choices...for optimum retirement
but...in the case of family protection-OH NO, NOW there no need for THAT...really?
i personally don't concern myself with what another person believes about legal gun ownership. it's like the believe in a religion...if that's what you believe...up to you. WHAT's WRONG is forcing other people to believe and practice the same. gun laws force law abiding citizens to give up the right to protect themselves...all because of what some other citizens believe. 95% of the time the criminal breaking into your home isn't the legal gun owner OR gun collector.
Guess im pretty build cause I didn't even realize a 12g would have much kickback. But I have a 9mm .380 to protect the family. Thinking about getting a shottie though.
@cursivedragon twelve gauges are really popular, but a 16 or 20 will get the job done just fine and without so much recoil. It's all just about shot placement.
Gah, Im in the worse position. Im 20 years old, only one in my fam that has a job. So when I DO turn 21, in a year, I probably wont have money to get myself a gun. By Aug 21 gun prices will probably be sky high.
But I have a positive mind and know that all will end well. I know humanity will regain its senses and unite against the oncoming evil. Keep teaching and learning.
Reggie, you should look into the Mosin Nagant series of rifles as well, they are inexpensive ($100-$225 range), are every bit as tough and tolerant of extreme environmental/usage conditions as the AK/SKS series of rifles but fire the much more potent and accurate 7.62x54R ammunition (the same round used by the Druganov sniper rifle). The ammo is also available in both quantity and at a very low cost.
Nice Mossberg Reg. Thats a fine weapon. I have the Remington counter part (870) I totally agree, gun control laws will only benefit criminals. YOU, the citizen, are the one responsible for your safety and protection. As to what badjohn007 said about pawning the weapons in the event the economy turns around- its better to have and not need rather than need and not have. Stay safe Reg. Great vid.
Great Video ! make more ... I have had a mossberg for a few years now and I have naver had any problems with it anyway good video good guns keep up the good work
When everything hits the fan - and it will - NO racial or economic class will be immune. All that matters is if you are deemed loyal or not. Ttyrants will put their own family and friends up against the wall if they are deemed a threat. And tyrants almost always start by allowing and encouraging massive violent acts as an excuse to intervene and start mass arrests of their opponents. Thus the horror of attacks from lawless thugs, and the government too! God and guns are our only hope!!
Hey Demcad I just finished listening to you on Frredomizer, and stumbled upon this video. Great show on freedomizer man. I would like to reccomend also remington 870 12 gauge for home defense. Also AK-47 for a good battle rifle because this rifle will take a beating and keep on ticking no joke their is a reason its the weapon of choosen buy most peasent armies and freedom fighters / terrorist in the world. Throw it down in mud pick it up and it fires etc..etc..great weapon.
@1liger I concur with the recommendation for the Remington 870 12 gauge. Mine has a 20" fully rifled barrel for added versatility--slugs. Make sure it can fire the 3" magnum shells.
Also, a good, basic M1911A1-style .45 ACP should be in the home arsenal, at a minimum.
As for rifles, I'd take an M-14, M1A, or FN-FAL (L1A1) over just about anything for accuracy, durability, and ease of finding ammo in a pinch. Expensive? Yes. And you get what you pay for.
I recently bought a shotgun myself. I was concerned about the kick as well. I practiced a bit with different size shot. There is quite a kick but with a little practice I was able to deal with it. Also, (hopefully) you won't need to fire it 20 or 30 times in an emergency situation.
We all should hope for the best but plan for the worst. With that said we have the right to protect ourselves against all enemies both forign and domestic. Food for thought.
Damn! The voice of Black reason. Too many black people believe that the "Police is going to protect / rescue them." In most cases, by the time the police show up, the crime has already been committed and you've already gone home to meet Jesus. The only thing I'll had to this is make sure you don't have any mentally unstable or emotionally out of control folks in your house and if you are able, buy a couple of firearms in place them on each level of your home.
From what I've read and been told, law enforcement's role is considered primarily 'investigative' - not 'protective'. AND REMMEBER NEW ORLEANS how the government authorities did not protect the people.
A former cop in the 1980's said he was involved in a major riot in a large city in Florida. Large numbers of police were deployed - BUT their orders were only to set up a perimeter and not let it spread. God and guns are your only hope in those situations...
I have a 12 gu shotgun currently. I am planning on buying a couple more guns. I think everything will get a lot worst over the next couple years. Thanks for posting video.
Better to be prepared, than not prepared at all. This country is violent enough, but with a colaspse of the market, dollar and the chaos that ensues, well you figure it out. Hedge your bet get a firearm some ammo, and be ready to use it.
@rlapex65 with a 308 winchester in the ar15 platform (called an AR10) you should be able to hit 500 yards with iron sights if youve got some decent training, and further with a scope.
With an AK in 7.62x39m most effective ranges are within 200-300 yards depending on the gun and the shooter, maybe a bit further if both are great. But that cartridge loses steam very fast beyond a few hundred yards.
Another one to consider because of cheapness is the 5.45x39mm, an AK74
If youre going to protect yourself when the shit crashes you want more than a shotgun. Those are fine for self defense, but in a battlefield soldiers go to war with a rifle.
A rifle is a battlefield weapon primarily because it can shoot rather far, has high magazine capacity, ability to penetrate body armor, faster reloads, etc.
Each gun is a tool, suited for some jobs better than other tools. Have at least 4.
I love all my guns, especially my mossberg 500, i believe the best weapon for home defense. People should try to prepare their family with extra food and a firearm to protect themselves and their family. I believe in God, at the same time people have the right to defend themselves. If something bad happens such as a dollar crash etc there will be trouble in this country, now the time to prepare, not to be paranoid. When the bad things happen it will be to late. prepare yourselves, hintshotgun
look at his videos very methodical and factually developed. more of a commentary that you will not find on the mainstream. Objective in a search for alternatives
nice video, i recently told my husband that I want a shotgun, and I have been afraid of the recoil all my life, that concern is no longer one I entertain, so I agree with you completely!
I hesitate to post this, but from my little spot in the U.S., things aren't rosy. Maybe we've hit bottom, maybe not. I hope we have. If we haven't, I hope people will come together to aid one another.
LOL! Shooting is a hobby for me. In that event, I would probably just get more guns and go to the range more often. Those who practice regularly with their firearms can relate.
Same here, I've had a reloader for 15 years now. Not that I would get a woody shooting someone, it's just like you said, a hobby. But, if I have to protect my family, I'm prepared. Nothing more, nothing less.
I wondered the same thing badjohn. Nothing wrong with getting one gun for self defense of your house though. I need to get one myself because you never know when a criminal could break in. Actually we had some that ran next door into a abandoned house a few months back they were running from cops.
What makes you think I don't already own a gun or 2 or 3 or 4 Reggie? LOL! Guns are okay but our best weapon is the one on our shoulders. Wrap your head around that.
Now where would the fun be in that Badjohn. Thinking is WRONG. We need to buy more guns, more gold, and dig an even bigger nuclear bomb shelter and EVERYTHING will be OK no matter what. LOL
I keep coming back to this channel because I can't get over the thought process of some people. I was in LA and Palm Springs since Thursday and I know the economy in Cali is bad but you'd never know it from what I saw in my travels. People need to turn of Fox and get out a lil more. There's always a way. You just have to find it.
I live in california and Im laughing right now at the doom and gloomers because where Im at in california things are BOOMING. There is tons of people on the road, shopping malls are filled to the brim and no one has a care in the world.
LIke I told Reggie in PMs, either he accepts were in a full recovery or he is going to have egg on his face REAL SOON.
All jokes aside I'm concerned about Reggie's state of mind. His world is very small and he chooses to spend his time with the most depressing perspectives. That cannot be healthy. There are people on here encouraging him on and their contrived praise and adulation has become his sustenance. It's a diet of JUNK FOOD. If there is a revolt I wonder how long he thinks he's going to last with his Mossberg and Glock. He can invoke his 2nd amendment rights while being PROFILED as a looter. SMH.
Its only a matter of time before Reginald realizes the economy has recovered ALONG time ago. Everyone has different time periods before they come to their senses.
The sooner the better though because if he keeps dragging this out then he is going to have a lot more egg on his face then if he admits the recession ended now. :)
Dude I live in So Cal. Torrance/Redondo Beach to be exact and things aren't booming here. I see a ton of commercial space with for lease signs on it and I was at Del Amo mall this weekend and it was not packed to the brim. Business might have picked up a little but booming I don't think so.
Right now where im at in california its over 16 percent in our county and its still not as bad as it was in the early 90's as far as unemployment rate. Unemployment rates don't mean much for judging an economy's state.
The unemployment rate might not be great in the bay area, but things dont look depressed like in the southern cal and other parts of california.
So. Cal has been bad but it has picked up a little. I have heard Northern Cal is better and actually know people that have went up there to work. The construction work that was going on everywhere ( in So Cal) has went away. Thats where a lot of the unemployed are. But there is work still going on just not as much.
@DEMCAD RIGHT! im from flint and this person doesnt know what there talking about.. id rather have a gun and not need it then need a gun and not have it!!! and the economy has done nothing but get worse in 10 years... dude 10 years... WHAT IF????
These so called doom and gloomers will get the last laugh Skyding. Just ask my financial teacher, he knew about this collaspe ever since the 1970's. Stop living in denial and for god sake's why dont you try educating people with real statistics instead of useless statements. Better yet if your rich and sitting on a pile of cash then why dont you send everyone commenting on this page a check so we can save this economy! Oh right, theres that thing I forgot called greed...
Oh yeah one more thing, there is no such thing as a jobless recovery. Did everyone also forgot that Obama refused to wear a American flag pin? What a bullshit artist if I've ever seen one. Theres nothing really more to say. The future is obivious now and I hope all of you get lots of rest, especially you DemCad. I hope these upcomming times cleanses out all these immoral assholes out there. People will come to their sences once again at a price of repeating history.
I for one don't want hit by one, so yes. The first autopsy I ever assisted (made to) was a guy about the size of Reginald. He got hit in the lower abdomen on the frontal right side and the bullet was retrieved in the upper left lung. .22's kinda bing-bang around the chest cavity and cause alot of bleeding to the organs. So yes, it is effective, but it won't stop a crack head immediately until he bleeds out. A head shot with a .22 is a different story. Small bullet dancing around the brain.
Its the second straight month that Californias receipts were close to or exceeded the states estimates, a sign the holes in the $85 billion annual budget arent widening.
Were bouncing along, hopefully, a bottom in the California economy, Chiang said in a telephone interview from Sacramento.
I have a feeling Demcad2 channel is going to become the main channel instead of this one as economics and guns is going to get old real quick now that the economy started recovering a few months ago.
ok skyding, tell me a sign of recovery? Did we stop shipping jobs overseas yett? Is unemployment still dropping? Have Americans stopped using credit cards? Are we still trillions of dollars in dept still?Wrong, its getting worse buddy. If you cant realize that Obama and friends are purposly destroying the economy then you better leave America while you can. You report back to me when theres good news thats not stated by the govermentbut from the people. Im Waiting...
1) The population grows every month. We would need to add 100,000 jobs/month to keep up. Last month, the government excluded tens of thousand of workers to get a low ball number.
2) GDP is rising because government spending is rising. People in the private sector aren't hiring.
Yeah I realize it was the first leg of the collapse and the year before that the economy was "booming" so you really can't compare to any other year. The point is were creating jobs and california was the first to go into the recession (along with michigan whos also creating jobs) so therefore the rest of the country will follow.
Yeah I realize it was the first leg of the collapse and the year before that the economy was "booming" so you really can't compare to any other year, but hey you were the first one to want to compare to previous years ;) The point is we're creating jobs and california was the first to go into the recession (along with michigan whos also creating jobs) so therefore the rest of the country will follow.
True on both counts. But I never stated otherwise, nice try Reggie. I simply stated the job losses (for the most part ) have ended. Whether or not the jobs are in government or were not adding enough to keep up with population is irrelevant. GDP is rising and weve hit a BOTTOM. That is the defnition of the end of a recession. You are confusing a possible stagnation a recession. We are not getting worse, but actually getting better so its impossible that its still a recession.
Really? That's interesting. 3 months ago, the federal government extended their debt ceiling by borrowing and additional 1 trillion to pay for programs. Basically, they increased their credit card. Now as of yesterday, they further increased their credit card spending limit an additional $1.1 trillion. All to pay for service sector jobs, with no mention of manufacturing.
In a true recovery, you don't have to pay for your bills by putting yourself further in a debt hole. We went backwards.
I never stated it was a true or fake recovery. You assumed that part. ;)
What I did state was the economy has been recovering since August. So the doom and gloomers better get used to it or they will have egg on their face when no is listening to them anymore.
Then lets clarify this. I agree if you mean the media is stating the recovery has started. But....the actions of government do not support those false claims.
The actions of government will make the truth come to fruition. So called doom and gloomers will only have to deal with eggs from lies briefly. In the long term, the lies will be revealed. Just ask Tiger. LOL
In the end the actions of what we do will out weigh the rhetoric from our mouths. Stimulus with out production results in poverty
Yes long term the lies will come out. But in the meantime happy days are here again because things are NOT GETTING WORSE.
If you don't believe me you can look up sales tax receipts and consumer spending and consumer confidence. Those hit bottom MONTHS AGO.
Once again stagnation is NOT a recession. Recession is when things get worse. We hit bottom a long time ago so now things are getting better (or maybe about the same if it fluctuates a little).
Who said we are in Stagnation CNBC? LOL. I like you. I'm having fun now.
Just continue asking questions from all sources you get statistics from skyding8962. Statistics often manipulate numbers and leave out important details. Like where and what and who was included in these samples
No matter what the media says, when real everyday people come home from work and realize they cant afford the things they did a few months ago, that's NOT STAGNATION, that's a decline in wealth & purchasing power
I just had to refute Demcads latest blog post on his blog where he mentions about the drop in tax revenue. Unfortunately he forgot to mention that his graph doesn't even show what happens in 09 and that the tax revenue hit a bottom last spring. One wouldn't know that if they compared it year over year like reginald did.
But That's good you noticed! Why, because you continued to question what's out there. I will always question the so called facts and ask why? Such as if so many jobs are being created, where is the money coming from to pay it which we just found out yesterday.
I am happy you are sitting on tons of cash skyding! I would love to see more people able to get back on their feet with honest long term production jobs, creating real incomes without the need of stimulus and wall street statistics
A friend gave me a Mossberg 500 Tactical Persuader and two boxes of 00 Buckshot. It is a wonderful choice for home defense. The shorter barrel makes it easy to handle through doors and hallways in the house. The extended magazine helps greatly if there are more than a couple bad guys.
Your Glock is a great choice. I've got a Springfield XD-9.
With regard to the first comment from christo930, I have my guns to protect my family AND my neighbors. We look after each other in all kinds of ways.
I think the people that are arming up right now are making a mistake. Imagine the state the country would have to be in for you to need stocks of food/guns/ammunition. If something like that ever happened, you are going to need your neighbors far more than you will need a gun.
Freakonomics: Crime is actually reduced by more gun owners. Reason? Criminals are most likely hesitant to break into someone's house if they believe the owner of the house may own a gun.
Also, laws do nothing but hurt the innocent, because criminals don't forfeit their guns, so us law-abiding citizens are left defenseless.
Off topic a little - Anybody here own a British Enfield .303? I have one made in 1912 and it's an awesome rifle that is balanced, nice recoil, and accurate as hell. My granddad got it in the '40's, now I have it. I got a bayonet for it off ebay last winter complete with sheath in great condition. It was made in '14 or '16 (forget), but it completes the package. 5 foot tall gun with that attached.
I'm amazed at the quality and smoothness of something made 100 years ago.
Yeah, during a riot if a group of guys tried to storm my house, the first on to get his heart blown threw his back will make the others think twice. OO Magnum buck speaks volumes.
does no one here remember THE LA RIOTS in the 90s? go ahead and keep your shotgun. i for one will be ready for some ranged shots with several extra mags!
why does personal protection have to be in your house? people are buying so many guns because they feel something is coming. i for one see a total break down here coming pretty soon.
ill give you this if one or two guys break in your home at night and you have little training or worried about bullet path after contact then yes a shotgun would be the best choice.
I would be more concerned with bullet path since I have a wife and kid . I could just as easily use my 9mm ,but like I said it's just a personal preference for home defense. I like what the shot gun can do at close range with the right ammo. If it came down to having to hit a target at a thousand feet, not a problem.
Most guys that were in the Army/Marines could probably take a guys head off with ease with a AR-15 without a scope at 300 meters from training with the M-16. But, I wouldnt want to have to explain that to a jury in court. For in the house protection I will stick with my 12 Gauge.
Not me my friend , I was trained by the old school DI's at FT Leanord Wood back in 89 when they could hit you over the head with a metal chair if you feel as leep during class. Back when they really taught guys how to shoot and didn't put men and women in Basc together.
AR-15 is good if I have to reach out and touch someone.A 12 gauge loaded with any type of buck shot(not bird) at in house ranges 15,20,30 feet with a center mass hit will demolish a intruder. And yes ,you still have to aim a shotgun.
Yeah Bro, it's not a question of training.I know cbr6864 and I were trained to shoot long distances . It just comes down to personal preference. Like choosing to carry a .45 or 9mm.
It's the internet - I hope you know I wasn't disagreeing...I have a .223 coming for free. It's the M&P S&W. I know nothing about these. Are they any good?
As Mr Scaramanga says being skilled and having comfort with your weapon is key I believe that is far more critical than caliber. Your situation may dictate a different weapon, that is a personal choice but make no mistake I have seen people with wall fragments (2x4 and plaster) lodged in their body after a shotgun was discharged on the other side. The idea that situational awareness and accuracy is secondary is just silly
I'm sorry but saying skill is not the critical factor is like saying owning a porsche makes you a good driver. I live in a very rural area, my home is more than a quarter mile from the road, my nearest neighbor is a half mile away in a heavily wood area of Maine, we have4 dogs and other measures. If my home defense begins at the bedroom door I am probably screwed. I have no family in the next room. I unlike many have seen people shot with shotguns survive and arrive in my E.R. still combative
A new gun owner ? Awesome !! those are great defensive weps dude now your need to get your AR-15 .............and dont get fooled by the AK vs. AR foolishness from the earlier comments either one will kill an enemy dead as a hammer
Thats right. A shotgun is a good weapon but anyone who is skilled with an AR, wont need a shotgun. In fact a person who focuses on one weapon is more dangerous than anything imo.
Semi auto rifles aren't the choice for HOME defense. It has nothing to do with skill. It's about ballistics and what the bullet does AFTER it passes through a perpetrator. A pump action shotgun wins every time. The lead is slow moving and will stop anything. And the main thing is the lead does not go through the walls and take out the rest of your family in the next room, or at least you severely reduce that risk. Not trying to argue, just clarifying why a 12 gauge is better.
Correct. The AR-15 is very deadly at close range too. I have seen ballistic studies and results from A-Stan. Cadavers hit with AR-15 within 35 yards were suffering deadly hits. Alot of those had the back of their heads blown off and with one shot!, don't let people tell you otherwise about the 5.56 or even .223, it is very deadly because of its high velocity.
People in UK don't have a reason. They love the nanny state telling them what to do. Which is why now they are under the control of a EU president with no voter referendum and they have no total free speech clause.
i might have to dust off my rifles and ask santa for a few boxes of shells...thanks for the vid and like you said, if violence comes your way youd rather be ready than not. im right there with you.
Thankyou for your videos Demcad, I often watch your vids along with others to keep up with the "interior info" from North America as views by its citizens. Here in New Zealand our media is heavily "directed" and we don't get information that you and a few others share here on YT about world events. Thanks man, Peace.
yep got a mossberg got .357 own a 38 got winchester 30 30 have a spring field arms 30' 6 not to mention hatchets machetes bowie knives. stilettos. etc i'm not a gun nut or nothing.
The Great Depression had many people out of work and hungry. What we stand to experience may be much worse than that, since our economy doesn't have the production base that it did then, and jobs at McDonald's are gonna be as scarce as customers. NOW, as a society, we lack the moral values that prevented the kind of violent crime which is already growing in the current hard times. Cold, hungry people are dangerous. If you live in an urban area, you need to think about leaving NOW. ='[.]'=
Baby Boomers aren't going to be spending as much? Wow. And here I thought the economy was bad enough -- when the BBs stop spending as much it's really going to hurt.
Even if you never have to use your guns for self defense purposes, they will always be commodities that will only increase in value so long as you keep the parts in working order by either not shooting or just replacing worn parts. Guns could become more valuable than gold if the world goes to hell. A Glock 21 would be worth about 1,000X its current value in a zombie apocalypse.
.25 calibre? man in canada .25 calibre is illegal in a pistol, i have no idea why the hell it is. but the liberals are assholes. man the sound of a shotgun cocking is enough to scare the hell out of me
Death to the burglar or my family, easy choice the burglar mother ...er is going to be the one to go. Get the gun especially the way things are going.
take a martial arts class. it will give you the mind set to use the gun. a gun is no good if it is not shot. also its alot of fun and good for you too.

Great vid.

1liger 2 years ago

Have at least 4.
pistol
assault rifle
scoped high power rifle
shotgun

I love all my guns, especially my mossberg 500, i believe the best weapon for home defense. People should try to prepare their family with extra food and a firearm to protect themselves and their family. I believe in God, at the same time people have the right to defend themselves. If something bad happens such as a dollar crash etc there will be trouble in this country, now the time to prepare, not to be paranoid. When the bad things happen it will be to late. prepare yourselves, hintshotgun

I live in california and Im laughing right now at the doom and gloomers because where Im at in california things are BOOMING. There is tons of people on the road, shopping malls are filled to the brim and no one has a care in the world.
LIke I told Reggie in PMs, either he accepts were in a full recovery or he is going to have egg on his face REAL SOON.
skyding8962 2 years ago
All jokes aside I'm concerned about Reggie's state of mind. His world is very small and he chooses to spend his time with the most depressing perspectives. That cannot be healthy. There are people on here encouraging him on and their contrived praise and adulation has become his sustenance. It's a diet of JUNK FOOD. If there is a revolt I wonder how long he thinks he's going to last with his Mossberg and Glock. He can invoke his 2nd amendment rights while being PROFILED as a looter. SMH.
Badjohn007 2 years ago
Its only a matter of time before Reginald realizes the economy has recovered ALONG time ago. Everyone has different time periods before they come to their senses.
The sooner the better though because if he keeps dragging this out then he is going to have a lot more egg on his face then if he admits the recession ended now. :)
skyding8962 2 years ago
Dude I live in So Cal. Torrance/Redondo Beach to be exact and things aren't booming here. I see a ton of commercial space with for lease signs on it and I was at Del Amo mall this weekend and it was not packed to the brim. Business might have picked up a little but booming I don't think so.

San Francisco bay area is booming.
skyding8962 2 years ago
Unemployment rates:
San Francisco County: 9.9%
Alameda County: 11.5%
Los Angeles County: 12.6%
What have we gotten used to when 9.9% is booming. ( although that's way better than LA county)
johndoe8289 2 years ago
Right now where im at in california its over 16 percent in our county and its still not as bad as it was in the early 90's as far as unemployment rate. Unemployment rates don't mean much for judging an economy's state.
The unemployment rate might not be great in the bay area, but things dont look depressed like in the southern cal and other parts of california.
skyding8962 2 years ago
So. Cal has been bad but it has picked up a little. I have heard Northern Cal is better and actually know people that have went up there to work. are 22 rifles any good?
RIPYOUNGD 2 years ago
I for one don't want hit by one, so yes. The first autopsy I ever assisted (made to) was a guy about the size of Reginald. He got hit in the lower abdomen on the frontal right side and the bullet was retrieved in the upper left lung. .22's kinda bing-bang around the chest cavity and cause alot of bleeding to the organs. So yes, it is effective, but it won't stop a crack head immediately until he bleeds out. A head shot with a .22 is a different story. Small bullet dancing around the brain.

1) Were not really losing any jobs anymore
2) GDP is rising
3) California and michigan are CREATING tens of thousands of jobs (don't believe me check out octobers report)
4) Im sitting on a load of cash so I'm feeling real good. :)
skyding8962 2 years ago
@skyding
1) The population grows every month. We would need to add 100,000 jobs/month to keep up. Last month, the government excluded tens of thousand of workers to get a low ball number.
2) GDP is rising because government spending is rising. People in the private sector aren't hiring.
DEMCAD 2 years ago
@skyding
3)Cali and Michigan always hire people in November and December (for low end seasonal retail jobs.)
4) If you're so loaded, why don't you buy a cam, put your face on Youtube and explain why you think the economy is recovering.
We both know why.
DEMCAD 2 years ago
Thats not true. last year california didn't add jobs. This year they did.
skyding8962 2 years ago
Last year was an anomaly. It was the first leg of the collapse.
DEMCAD 2 years ago
Yeah I realize it was the first leg of the collapse and the year before that the economy was "booming" so you really can't compare to any other year. The point is were creating jobs and california was the first to go into the recession (along with michigan whos also creating jobs) so therefore the rest of the country will follow.
skyding8962 2 years ago
Yeah I realize it was the first leg of the collapse and the year before that the economy was "booming" so you really can't compare to any other year, but hey you were the first one to want to compare to previous years ;) The point is we're creating jobs and california was the first to go into the recession (along with michigan whos also creating jobs) so therefore the rest of the country will follow.
skyding8962 2 years ago
True on both counts. But I never stated otherwise, nice try Reggie. I simply stated the job losses (for the most part ) have ended. Whether or not the jobs are in government or were not adding enough to keep up with population is irrelevant. GDP is rising and weve hit a BOTTOM. That is the defnition of the end of a recession. You are confusing a possible stagnation a recession. We are not getting worse, but actually getting better so its impossible that its still a recession.
skyding8962 2 years ago
We went backwards.
urfastpaydaily 2 years ago
I never stated it was a true or fake recovery. You assumed that part. ;)
What I did state was the economy has been recovering since August. So the doom and gloomers better get used to it or they will have egg on their face when no is listening to them anymore.
skyding8962 2 years ago
Then lets clarify this. I agree if you mean the media is stating the recovery has started. But....the actions of government do not support those false claims.
The actions of government will make the truth come to fruition. So called doom and gloomers will only have to deal with eggs from lies briefly. In the long term, the lies will be revealed. Just ask Tiger. LOL
In the end the actions of what we do will out weigh the rhetoric from our mouths. Stimulus with out production results in poverty
urfastpaydaily 2 years ago
Yes long term the lies will come out. But in the meantime happy days are here again because things are NOT GETTING WORSE.
If you don't believe me you can look up sales tax receipts and consumer spending and consumer confidence. Those hit bottom MONTHS AGO.
Once again stagnation is NOT a recession. Recession is when things get worse. We hit bottom a long time ago so now things are getting better (or maybe about the same if it fluctuates a little).
skyding8962 2 years ago
Who said we are in Stagnation CNBC? LOL. I like you. I'm having fun now.
Just continue asking questions from all sources you get statistics from skyding8962. Statistics often manipulate numbers and leave out important details. Like where and what and who was included in these samples
No matter what the media says, when real everyday people come home from work and realize they cant afford the things they did a few months ago, that's NOT STAGNATION, that's a decline in wealth & purchasing power
urfastpaydaily 2 years ago
CNBC yeah right. I don't even watch TV.
See doom and gloomers can hide facts too. :)
skyding8962 2 years ago

We look after each other in all kinds of ways.
ibnabraham 2 years ago
I think the people that are arming up right now are making a mistake. Imagine the state the country would have to be in for you to need stocks of food/guns/ammunition. If something like that ever happened, you are going to need your neighbors far more than you will need a gun.
christo930 2 years ago

I agree with you, a rifle like a shotgun has it's place.I just prefer my 12 gauge for Home Defense.
sean2070 2 years ago
why does personal protection have to be in your house? people are buying so many guns because they feel something is coming. i for one see a total break down here coming pretty soon.
ill give you this if one or two guys break in your home at night and you have little training or worried about bullet path after contact then yes a shotgun would be the best choice.
cbr6864 2 years ago
I would be more concerned with bullet path since I have a wife and kid . I could just as easily use my 9mm ,but like I said it's just a personal preference for home defense. I like what the shot gun can do at close range with the right ammo. If it came down to having to hit a target at a thousand feet, not a problem.
sean2070 2 years ago
Most guys that were in the Army/Marines could probably take a guys head off with ease with a AR-15 without a scope at 300 meters from training with the M-16. But, I wouldnt want to have to explain that to a jury in court. For in the house protection I will stick with my 12 Gauge.

sean2070 2 years ago
I would like to add I mean you no ill will and leave your choice to you. I suspect we would agree on many things
yonny1954 2 years ago
As Mr Scaramanga says being skilled and having comfort with your weapon is key I believe that is far more critical than caliber. Your situation may dictate a different weapon, that is a personal choice but make no mistake I have seen people with wall fragments (2x4 and plaster) lodged in their body after a shotgun was discharged on the other side. The idea that situational awareness and accuracy is secondary is just silly
yonny1954 2 years ago
I'm sorry but saying skill is not the critical factor is like saying owning a porsche makes you a good driver. I live in a very rural area, my home is more than a quarter mile from the road, my nearest neighbor is a half mile away in a heavily wood area of Maine, we have4 dogs and other measures. If my home defense begins at the bedroom door I am probably screwed. I have no family in the next room. I unlike many have seen people shot with shotguns survive and arrive in my E.R. still combative

linkin622 2 years ago
amen! skill is the issue!
yonny1954 2 years ago
Thats right. A shotgun is a good weapon but anyone who is skilled with an AR, wont need a shotgun. In fact a person who focuses on one weapon is more dangerous than anything imo.
MrSkaramanga 2 years ago
Semi auto rifles aren't the choice for HOME defense. It has nothing to do with skill. It's about ballistics and what the bullet does AFTER it passes through a perpetrator. A pump action shotgun wins every time. The lead is slow moving and will stop anything. And the main thing is the lead does not go through the walls and take out the rest of your family in the next room, or at least you severely reduce that risk. Not trying to argue, just clarifying why a 12 gauge is better.
brown55061 2 years ago 2
No problem. To each his own.
MrSkaramanga 2 years ago

If you practice at the range a little, get a couple pointers, you'll get used to the kick.
Just make sure the butt of the gun is flush with your shoulder, don't leave a gap.

In the UK only the criminals can have weapons.
If we try to protect ourselves, the police will prosecute US!
neemz2000 2 years ago
hey what was the reason you guys gave up your weapons in the first place, a mass shooting or what?
rikestard 2 years ago
People in UK don't have a reason. They love the nanny state telling them what to do. Which is why now they are under the control of a EU president with no voter referendum and they have no total free speech clause.

I enjoy your videos but if you going to pay $300 get a Remington 870 12 ga. Much better then the Mossberg. Over 10 million are in service today.

Thankyou for your videos Demcad, I often watch your vids along with others to keep up with the "interior info" from North America as views by its citizens. Here in New Zealand our media is heavily "directed" and we don't get information that you and a few others share here on YT about world events. Thanks man, Peace.

I don't know anybody who doesn't own a gun in my area. You just never know when you may need one to protect yourself.

take a martial arts class. it will give you the mind set to use the gun. a gun is no good if it is not shot. also its alot of fun and good for you too.

If i want to break in your house DEMCAD i shoot you before you even remember where you put your gun.
Weapons are good for killing but not for self defense.
