The number of fish is not a coincidence. The 150 fish represent the 150 players.  Also, she said "WE'RE suppose to live here for a week" instead of "The GOLDFISH are suppose to live here for a week". Moreover, the clock guy doesn't need to check all clocks at once because that would be impossible. He just needs to compare the relative times between clock #1 and clock #2, then between clock #2 and clock #3, etc.

So what bugs me, is in the beginning, the 6 buttons just stick out, then at the end when he takes out part of the wall, the 6 buttons became part of the wall.

@Shmmitty In Ep 1 he pushes the 9-button block into the rest of the wall. It's in the dark, but you can definitely see he does it.

Since goldfish are cannibals, I would put 5 or 6 into one bowl and let 1 or 2 of them live per bowl just to keep some alive, and I would then pick another goldfish, and name him sparky and feed him fish food.

100 gold fish and 1 day's worth of food... lesson could be that if you try to save all of them, none of them survive, but if you use that to save one of them, it'll live. Just the first thing that came to my mind.
