actually the painting was in the fifth movie but they covered it with curtains so u couldn't see it. I didn't notice it either when i first saw the movie but after a while i realized that it was the painting of Sirius' mum Kreacher was talking to when Harry saw him.

I think you could've found sone footage of Maggie Smith when she was younger too, because we can hardly say McGonagall looked like that around 20-30 years ago too.

Other than that, I love the whole idea and I think that given the no doubt many detentions the Marauders had with her, this is a very real possibility.

Well of course it's Gary, he plays Sirius, there is no actual Sirius Black. But the way he looks in State of Grace looks quite a lot like a younger Sirius in my, and many other's opinion. And since he's supposed to be in school in this video, using footage from PoA or OotP would hardly work.
