Swing plane is quite remarkably off-line, the club head at the top of the swing looks too open. The shoulders start turning before the hips and this is out of sync. The grip looks a little closed, hence the blocking out to the right. Also, the backswing loooks a little too short, yet he tries to compensate this by swinging extra hard resulting in the slice you see before you. So overall 1.8/10. No probz for the expert advice :)

I have to agree and disagree lol. If you do change it NOW is a good time but its okay to swing with a cross handed grip. Alot of guys do and it really don't effect how you hit the ball. Its important, when teaching kids at a young age to just let them get used to the actuall swing and not stuff like grip or setting up.
