normally if you delete a map pack/dlc you can re-download for free so he kind of messed up (the hacker did) and i know this because i recently got sr2 ultor exposed and it was complete and i went to delete the update so i could do glitches with the vehicles and i accidentally deleted the dlc and i redownloaded it for free :-)
