I'd say he's been quite busy in 3 years. Not all things that I personally agree with, but I have to admit he's done quite a bit during his time as president.
The Health "Reform" Act you speak of will only give the big insurance companies more power, since now our taxes will be paying their salaries, and it has been proven that it will raise healthcare premiums. It isn't the same as the European or Canadian systems, but there will still be severe rationing and lower quality.

@colleen4ever actually the issue with the banks was completely separate. Bush took the country to war and he did not give the war a budget, thus taking us from a period of surplus, to a period of debt. This in part is what caused the banking problems.

@bad2bone Schoolhouse Rock wasn't ALL bad, but it was all educational stuff. Animaniacs had some educational stuff (mostly life lessons, like always tipping your sandwich delivery people and not insulting someone with years of comedic and explosives experience, lol!) mixed with humorous skits.
