Draining Rainbow Lake

I'm chasing rainbow drains...something, I think, doesn't add up.

i wish they could have done this at my the lake near my house the people drained it and killed most the fish some neighbors and I attemped to save the fish but could only get out some i saw hundreds of dead blue gil and dozens of dead bass and crappie some of the bass were over ten lbs
