@Ghsimon1 after you add a object and u dont want it look that the chat,It should show yellow writing,Look for GUID it has some numbers right after it, for me i put .gobject del (GUID Number) Dont put GUID of course..
@TheSmashedKeyboard you probably have a 3.3.5a private server, if so, u can go to the greymane wall, fly over it and u have the perfect area for building, if u have over patch 3.3.5 try to go a place where the ground is flat (that is easiest to build) i don't know if the bug is still there but if u go to stormwind there is the bug where u can go through the wall behind the action house, just go there, set your speed to maybe 30-50 and walk a little till you see no more buildings and stuff. :)
@DarkWarriorzz i can't really give you ideas, i'm studying architecture so things like these just pop up in my head, just think of it like this, "if i am allowed to make a village in the middle of nowhere, what would it look like" just think about that and stuff will pop up ^^
just a tip, when you are making your first house/village start of on a flatten ground without any hills or some soort, and make it square, it's the best way to start ^^

1: did u watch this vid to the end? if so ur wastes like 8:30 min of your time. a normal person would stop watching after 2 min if they don't like it
