@alexassasination NEVER use someone elses's weight or BMI as a goal. That is extremely dangerous. Everyone is different not to mention that the scale or BMI% aren't really good indicators of true health or appearance. You will be done losing weight when you look in the mirror and feel confident with your body. it's healthy to lose 1-3 pounds a week, so work hard! If you want to always be in good shape you need to change your diet permanently not just do a diet until you lose the weight.

A BMI of someone who is FIT and slim (not of average weight and just meeting health standards according to a doctor) would be somewhere around 18-20% So if you are 5 foot 5 inches- Somewhere around 125 pounds. That being said everyone is different so you might be 5 foot 5 inches and weight 150 and be toned as hell and look awesome. Don't focus too much on numbers and percentages. :)
