We lived in Stuttgart from 93 to 97, but we'd go to and stay at the Patton Hotel once a month...there was a guy there that made the greatest breakfest. We miss it so!
OMG!I'm missing this heavenly place soooo bad! The Coffe Shop, York Beerman at the Antique Shop, the Bowling Alley, and yes, even the Pizza Hut! Been going for the past five years, due to finances...can't go this year. I decided to get online and torture myself, but instead...smiles and even a tear.
Thanks - we were there 1973 through 1976 off and on for short trips. Enjoyed it so much and the music was so perfect. I often go in my dreams. Hopefully again before I die... Again THANKS!

I go back every year to the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort, cannot stand to be away from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Great video, Thanks, Ed

stationed in augsburg early 80s used to ski and party in garmisch every weekend. i remember the tennis center very well. i heard it is gone.
