Why do they call the Devon a production supercar ? It never made it into production and now its been cancelled due to the uncertain future of Viper.. However I dont think thats the real reason.

American car brands hit bankruptcy and got out of it in less than 2 weeks. Last time i checked Many more Euro companies have gone bankrupt in the past and usually takes them 10 years to make it back, and when they do they never make it big again.

This car uses the Viper's power plant and sets a laptime slightly faster than the Viper ACR. By that reasoning, it will probably set a laptime very similar to the ACR's on the nurburgring. Translation: It will be faster than the GTR and Turbo on that track as well.
no the answer is that your mp4/12c has a twin turbo in it. The gtx has a viper engine that doesnt have a twin turbo in it. So thats why the devon needs the five more liters. If they put a twin in the devon it would be pushing 1000 hp.

Muscle groups interact differently under heavy lateral g-forces which constantly changes (think S-curves or continual radius turns). My local track offers something called High Speed Touring where after a vehicle tech inspection and meeting a few minor requirements (helmet, long pants and long sleeve shirt) you're racing in your personal car.
Devon gtx looks a bit like the TVR's, it's apparantly powered by a 650hp NA motor, which with it's massive front makes me think of possibilities- tweaked viper v-10...maybe a juiced up Z06....I wonder what else it could be being NA and American. Has anybody heard what the engine and transmission is they are using?

With that year subscription, you also get $60 in credit to use for anything iRacing, including another year sub, for a grand total of about $8/mo. iRacing...its great. But it would not enough to give the full driving pleasure/experience when you can't feel the g-forces when you break, accelerate and turn in corners. That's a huge factor in formula one as it requires not just driving skills but a body to cope with the g-forces.
LFS is the best value (bang for your buck) in simracing. I have not tried iRacing but the comments are good however it is way to expensive! LFS is $35 and you're good to go ... AWSOME racing in tons of championships of all levels and with racers from all over the world.

The best Simulations are the ones that are exclusive to one or two platforms(most probably Xbox 360 and windows since they're both microsoft) this is because the developers need not worry about converting their data correctly to make them work in otherplatforms and more time to make the game as realistic as possible

1) An 800hp Nascar engine runs $50-60,000.
But guess what, a 450cc motocross engine costs $25,000 and makes 55hp. A Top Fuel drag engine makes 8000hp and costs $58,000.
2) Chrysler already had the V10 before Daimler bought them and had been continually developing it WITHOUT Mercedes' help.
3) Euro engines DO make more hp/L but American's still make more hp. HP is important not hp/L.
Anyways similar hp American engines outlast euro engines 3 fold.

So I took up your challenge and googled it. And what I found is...you are wrong.
The Viper engine was a current Dodge truck engine. The problem was it was cast iron and Dodge wanted it to be aluminum so it was lighter.
Chrysler gave it to Lamborghini to cast it Aluminum. That's it.
Lamborghini just cast a current Dodge engine. They did not design it.

'Cheating' usually gets defined by parts removal OR a next year rule mod even IF the Appeal goes in favor of creative rules play.

fyi. the protested parts are still on the cars and i beleive the rukes will be changed next year to clarify these things as they do in F1.
Holden facory team cheated last year or the year before.. by having more than one team under the same ownership... therefore doubling the amount of data available from testing etc... the rule book clearly states that any team breaching this rule will be disqualified, but the factory holden team wasnt...

iRacing...its great. But it would not enough to give the full driving pleasure/experience when you can't feel the g-forces when you break, accelerate and turn in corners. That's a huge factor in formula one as it requires not just driving skills but a body to cope with the g-forces.

LFS is the best value (bang for your buck) in simracing. I have not tried iRacing but the comments are good however it is way to expensive! LFS is $35 and you're good to go ... AWSOME racing in tons of championships of all levels and with racers from all over the world.

The best Simulations are the ones that are exclusive to one or two platforms(most probably Xbox 360 and windows since they're both microsoft) this is because the developers need not worry about converting their data correctly to make them work in otherplatforms and more time to make the game as realistic as possible
