  • Wonderful music !

I love this movie and the beautiful picture !

  • i person doesnt believe in pandora!

  • It's Pocahontas people.......i love Cameron because of Titanic, but it isn't something original

  • @ilikeEnrique dude then no movie is original example: saving private ryan is a like a bridge to far because its a war movie... it's about the same was, same countrys etc...

  • @jorish33 There is a difference there.I saw movies wich were like others.I dont say that the war was a cliche.i say that it is exactlly like Pocahontas. The thing people look for,the difference between the bad ones and the good ones, the nature wich helps the good ones in both movies and so on.The only new think is the avatar wich is good but in my opinion it could have been more original.

  • @ilikeEnrique

you are correct, the story line is unoriginal and a bit dry to some, but the way Cameron presents this story is beyond stunning. it's not the story that impresses people, it's the beauty and detail of the movie itself; the fauna, the people, the language, the music. there was so much thought put into the visual and sound aspects that it really overrides the dry story line

  • who knows where I can get more of the music starting at 5:30

  • This is the most gorgeous, amazing & best film with one of the best soundtracks of all-time IMO!! I liked The Hurt Locker, i really did but Avatar was like I said best film ever, it should of won BP.

  • @tairos89 Then you my friend, well your NOT my friend, fail miserably at life. A: It's a movie get over if you don't like it fine, don't seek out youtube videos and trash it cause that makes you fail even more. B: It's not the fact that Jake betrayed Earth that we like him, it's that he saw the evil in the humans that were on Pandora only for its profit and the fact that he betrayed the greedy humans to save these people's religion and home which he believes in and became a part of.

  • @Danni293 Jake wasn't a traitor to his country or his world. This was a commercial expedition, not military, to obtain the unobtainium (hint, hint). The military was there to back up the private interests; if you notice, the military guy was taking his orders from the corporate guy.

Hey wait a minute, this is starting to sound familiar...

  • @AbsentWithoutLeaving Well, he did kind of betray mankind when he became one of the Na'Vi. I think it was said in the movie, but either way Jake was still great, Avatar; AMAZING.

  • I love this movie. Some say the plot is lacking or whatever but I think the plot is flawless. Unlike most movies, in Avatar the main characters lose many things majorly important, and make the best of everything towards the end. It's an amazing movie.

  • @LeDorkGroceries I think the plot was a simple take on a classic story line, no shame there. But Cameron started with a classic theme and created an amazing world for it to take place in. And just think what must have happened after the movie ended.

Picture Jake looking up at those multiple moons, a week, a month, after when the movie ended - born and raised on Earth, human, now alive in the body of an alien species on an alien planet, with no way back...mind-blowing!

  • this song represents the world ( Pandora ) in musical lines and notes ... it's beautyfull. 3:22 to 4:46 show us the inocence of it.

  • u know, im always depressed when i see this movie. its so good that i makes me cry but the problem is: as a guy, ive been learned that a guy never cries. so as result: im always depressed xd but i really love this movie man...

  • @rolle16 oh no! guys can cry! crying is not a sign of weakness if it is under proper circumstances.

  • @rolle16 I took a class based on the principles or race and sex and crying males came into play. I want you to know that there is absolutely No reason why you should feel like crying is banned for men. I encourage it actually. You feel like you need to cry, then cry. You feel like you need to be happy then be happy. It sucks too cause my boyfriend has trouble with this too and I hug him when he's about to cry to let him know that it's safe and okay.

Crying is a sign of strength.

  • @rolle16

you have been learned that a guy never cries?

the " guys " who say that are a bunch of fucking pussy's!

a man cries from time to timen it's just that if he cries every day he's a douche...

  • me and all my friends that watched it thought it was the best movie we saw in a very long time....

i don't remember a movie that gave me such feelings.

  • im so happy that james cameron is making a second movie of this!!!!

i really love this movie soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!

  • dig this movie, but there are some downright obsessive comments on here. 6 times in theater? whoa.

  • this movie is so brilliant and really creative and i feel bad cuz the humon race killed the hometree wich surprised me when i went to go c it 4 the 1st time i mean seeing some navi get squished really was sad and when this movie was published my cousin said that ppl in real life killed themselfs just beacause of what we have been doing to this world i mean i feel the same way but i would not kill myself over it.

  • The movie drew me into it more than any other has done! Especially during Jake's first flight - flight has always been in my dreams, and I felt as though I were flying too on the back of that ikran, agile, effortless, and free, laughing with the wind in my face. :')

  • You know, I don't even want there to be a second. The first one is wonderful as it is... I don't want to be "over-avatar'ed". I'd personally like it to stay as it is - one wonderful, epic, touching film. Unless, of course, the second is as good a film as the first one. Or better. Otherwise it'd just be overdoing it. :/

  • I can only imagine what's gonna happen on the 2nd... What if the Sky People returns now but with more weapons and backup?

  • whhy do i love pandora and this movie and jake soooooooo much>?!!!

  • quick question

    Who is deadliest

  • @peteski92 I AM

  • all i can say is the movie way beyond excellent and i hope there will be a second. but i hope the second is gunna be as good as the first

  • @r1234x67p he wont be making a second one

  • @platinumpanda17 actually there is gonna be a second avatar but it is coming out in 2012 no joke

  • i watched it 3 time at the cinema... i love jake sully

  • I just saw it today for the third time and I agree, this never gets old.

  • Me too

  • i think avatar's part of a trilogy but i hope it's not gonna take another 10 years to make!

  • Actually, I read that it took him 4 years to make this film. However, it would now take 6 months to make but they are making a 2nd.

  • i hope the same XD

  • I wanna see it right now

  • @xzeng2003 it is coming out in 2012 th second one

  • Im addicted to everything Avatar. I've never felt THIS strong about a movie. I've seen it 6 times in the movie theater, and for some reason, the 6th veiwing of the movie was the best one, right behind the first time i saw the movie. Insane. I just don't get tired of it. And the soundtrack is massive. Specially this song. So much parts ive me shivers.

  • great I thought I was the only person who is totaly stoned from this movie. the illusion of this world is so beautiful and we can see how stupid we humans are. no culture no sense of living with the nature, just addiction to things which are unimportant

  • @SonnyCrockett87 i actually would love to be one of the na'vi that would be freakin awesome

  • @RIOTandDontYouFakeIt thats sick dood #LOL

  • I hope IF there is a second one, it will be the ONLY sequel and will stay that way!

Its such a good movie! And no prequels needed.

  • there will be a second one, and even maybe a third.

Man, i just can't wait. And i saw this movie just 2 days ago!

  • i heard... i will be a trilogy! but the other 2 parts, will not be on pandora... its a other story about other races... i read it in the web... but i hope, that avatar will be continued... its so a fuckin great movie... cant get enough

  • der film ist hammer... smoke weed, watch the movie....

    best soundtrack in the movie

  • @Tafe1988

    Yeah^^

    Bester Film seit Star Wars:)

    Dicht im Kino gewesen x]

    Hammer geiler Film.:)

  • it's so soothing. i'm in love. :)

  • 4 min 50 (l)

  • @aelia88 yh thats it=)

  • 3 things 1st and msot important and more to the point of kanashimi117,etc talk, there will be a second movie and im pretty sure it will be on 2012 though i dont know the exact date, the question is if there will be a 3rd one, its suspected that there will be a 3rd one but well rumors a rumors just it, although im pretty sure that the 2nd movie will have same or even a better outcome than the 1st one. 2: i love when 5:27 starts aswell of the music xD 3: i also love when 4:46 sarts aswell =).

  • Im sad to admit it, but i hope the second ones not AS good... or it would fuel my adiction to watch Avatar even more! :'(

  • Why even talk about a second movie? I hope not! This is so great this movie and i hope it wont get ruined by a new upcommer who sucks.

  • @tomaspc13 i saw on this site that james cameron is already thinking rite afer he published the first avatar to come out with a second one and there was a trailer on it already i think but here is the site

    avatar2.movie-trailer

  • love the part when 5.27 star :):):):):)

  • Amazing movie!!!

  • Wircklich guter Film. Einziges Manko, in manchen Stellen hätte es etwas lustiger werden jönnen, aber naja egal

  • EXACTLY!!

  • really long and beutiful soundtrack, i think ill buy it.

  • they are going to make a trilogy as this movie is doing ridiculously well.

  • i love your idea, but, that just seems like a lot of work, i heard this took an extremely long time to make, a couple of hardworking people from my local city here worked on a scene from avatar. Even with all of todays technology it took them over 600 hours to make just 5 minutes of an amazing movie. You charge someone for a dollar amount per hour and u got a lot of labour fees. I Would love to see a sequel but i suspect it will be in another say...15 years.

  • on the contrary now that they have the programming to create the avatar world most of the work is already done for them. the images already exist, they only need to create new animations using them.

  • ya i have been lookin around, ur absoulutely right, infact its allready been announced there would be a second one, i forgot about how exponentially fast technology advances these days

  • @Cory3129

not true. Cameron said in an interview that based on how much the film has made so far and because of the fact that all the technology they need is now available to them, an Avatar Sequel could be made much faster. also that he already has ideas for a sequel/sequels that will explore Pandora's moons. the Sequel(S) will follow Jake and Neytirir but it won't be a linked story (Meaning if there was an Avatar 3, it would be a different story to Avatar 2 but with the same characters.)

  • i hope he will do both a prolouge and a sequel. just so you maybe can see how it was for jake before he went to pandora and how it was for the navi

  • ill be heartbroken if they dont make a sequal.

    :(

  • "Like a baby! Making noise, don't know what to do!!" Ha, I love this movie. It enchants me and relights my imagination again- like a little kid. The love that Jake and Neytiri have is so hilarious and amusing to me in this movie. Haha!!

  • Avatar is THE best movie I have seen. I hope to see it in iMAX, in 3D again, and 2D just so I can see it cheaper, and then I am going to buy it on DVD in 3D. 2 copies, so I always have one

  • @Crimsonshadow7 get the game too!

  • Once I find the money, I will

  • @Crimsonshadow7 how much is it to see a 3dfilm in your country? thank you

  • between 13 and 14 USD, i have seen it at 13.50 USD and 14 USD

  • thank you from italy, here we spend 10 euros.

  • so pretty similar, only ad .50 USD to our price, though I guess it might be due to export of the film and the glasses (making a wild guess here)

  • @Crimsonshadow7

yeah the 3D glasses price is kinda unknown. I looked at my receipt last time i saw avatar and it said the following:

    Adult ticket: €9.15

    3D Glasses: €0.50

    Adult Service charge: €1.50

the service charge doesn't appear on non-3d glasses tickets, so basically, they're charging you 3 times the cost of the glasses just to reach under the desk, pick up a pair and hand them to you.

  • @Crimsonshadow7

I got the game (Xbox 360 version) and i really didn't like it. the fact that there is no challenge because when you die, half the time you get back up, and the the other half, when you respawn all the enemies you killed stay dead. theres only 1 difficulty, the missions are always either killing something or collecting crap going back and forth contsantly and the story is a stupidly bland attempt to mimic Jakes story with somebody else 2 years before the film. My advice? avoid it

  • After seeing this movie i felt as if no other movie mattered. probably explains why i have seen it 3 times already. and you know what? give me an opportunity and will definetly go again. part of the reason i like it is i find with longer movies you find a few uneccesary parts, but with Avatar i feltas if every scene was neccessary yet in the end, i felt that they left out so much, but what it is they left out i couldnt tell you. in my opinon, the only perfect movie i have ever seen, by far

  • I too have seen it 3 times, and it never gets old, It was just perfect, and the soundtrack makes it comeplete. am i right?

  • Definetly agree. i had goosebumps for most of the movie, awsome soundtrack with gorgeous visuals which both work together in harmony; still had me breathless the third time around

  • yeah.. i had to bring a bucket for my brains... for they exploded

  • @Danktank091293 You are right.

    You are very very right.

This movie is amazing. Some of my friends said that it was good, but overrated, and follows the usual story.

    I disagree.

This movie, to me, was very unique and clearly had a lot of thought put into it. I'm going to watch it a third time too, and I'm getting it on dvd.

The soundtrack is very lovely, might I add.

  • @funnyhead222 I't Pocahontas,exactlly pocahontas

  • this film is perfect i hope they start a new beatiful film like this i think i dont like any other films after watching this movie its the best thanks james cameron :)

  • so strange, whenever i listen to this i get ghoosebumps

  • 4:45 sooo goooood

  • Beautiful song, and a great movie. I love it <3

  • 5 stars too !
