What a load of crap....its like a 24hr infomercial. Love when you get people telling us how good she before they have actually done anything !! Like asking someone that just got accepted into medical school to fix your cancer....What a load of crap.
I have just been to her teaser free seminar in Melbourne on investing in property in the US. She is undoubtedly very knowledgeable on the subject, particularly from an accounting point of view. Just bear in mind that she is the front person for a pretty large operation that has links to many other operators, and you can't be sure that they will all have the knowledge or the ethics you would expect.
@JETP1L0T They caught her doing that in 2005 as well - is she being sued again? Judgement was made in October 2007, and:
"2.1 That the sixth respondent (‘Ms Boholt’) owned in excess of 60 properties; whereas, in fact, at the time the representation was made, Ms Boholt did not own in excess of 60 properties."
What I'd most like to know, is why her name is so stupid?
