love this man how large is your layout and how long did it take you to build for right now mine is about 10 in something x 8 check it out at curleys amtrax when ever you get a chance i will be adding on to tables sometime
This is why I changed from HO to O. It's just more fun. Smoke, realistic LOUD sound from the engines, and better running. Who cares how many rails its on. No matter what scale you model, they're still T-O-Y-S!!!
It just goes ta show that even a small layout can be great....Very realistic,,The only problem is that it is not at my house!!! Keep up the great work.....
Enjoy the Hobby!! Me? "I could care less if it were 4 rails" ... *HO people "waxing their track" daily with little silly eracers, stalling all the time when a follicle of dust happens along.... ridiculous! *Us 3 railers?... " If we see a spider on the deck we mash`em", and never bark an eye!!! :)
These words are for our dear friend Kerry, the 2Rail rivet-counting jackass! With 3Rail we make no excuses-it's a TOY! For GOD's sake man, 2Rail looks like crap if you have anything less than a 96 curve or #10 switch. 3Rail is to our hobby what Harley-Davidson is to motorcycles-not the fastest, or even most refined...but there's a damn good reason it's the best selling cruiser in the entire world, and you wouldn't understand...JD

you have to go 2 rail really, atlas 0 offer great value for money, with great detail. plus 2 rails looks far more realistic and 3 rail always uses such tight corners and it spoils the whole image!
I disagree, 2 rail looks better but is more complicated, with DC current theres the polarity and all the different electrical blocks, 3 rail gives you the simplicity for easy operation.
go mth if you can afford it. theyre so amazingly crafted, that if the sounds were perfect, then in a video you couldnt tell the diff. the thing is the average price is about $500 for only the engine.
MTH or Lionel are the best. i got a 6'x12' layout that im gonna rebuild soon and i run mainly MTH and lionel with some atlas o (new additions hopefully coming soon!)
Can a Lionel train be used on a MTH track?? Vice-versa?? I can't find that type of info anywhere. I want to start with an "O"scale set but can't decide Lionel or MTH.
With the MTH, it allow me to run more engines with sound since it can run both Lionel and MTH. Being into modern engines, they have more products that fit my layout.
Yeah, we had to set the Camera to record on the lowest quality setting because the tape was almost full. Sorry about that, our next videoos will be much better.
Wonderful video. Thanks for posting.

We always use our trains and never "put them away for next year" so we never see any dust or spiders anyway. :):)

I'm sorry some of us prefer HO over O scale. Now stop being cocky. A model railroader is a model railroader regardless of scale.
