@NainaiTV its becos its only on level 5-6 if ur at the vermont ymca u can do it if ur on level 4 but u dont lern it till then

#1 rule for a glide kip: don't look at the bar lol... throws out your centre of gravity

The major muscle groups involved in this skill are is the serratus, triceps, lower abs, and hip flexors. Timing is one thing, but if you are weak in any of these areas it is going to be really difficult

i could never do that! almost everytime i tried doing it when i was in gymnastics i would get rips on my hands i almost did it though!!!!!!!!!!
