Religious symbolism and traditional style are both still very important in the architecture of the Middle East. My firm is master planning a city near Al Ain in UAE and they are very much into this sort of stylistic approach - whether we like it or not.
I wonder how u actually rendered it and made an animation out of it, must've taken forever X_x
Love the design concepts, it has a rather urban vernacular feel to the site. I thought it was a little of fantasy though, must've been the music... XD, I like the walk way with the high arches, and a man-made lil river at it's side... really really like it XD oh, and I like the amphitheater too!! XD what programs did you use?
p/s: i'm an archi 3rd yr student, ur video got me excited =3
i think the music is cheesy and where are the people??? how are people using the space? what is it like to actually be in the space? these are things you need to be communicating to the client/public/whoever is interested. the helicopter like flythroughs are nice for a bit, but it seems if you incorporated a few highly detailed perspective renderings that showed materiality and human scale/interaction the presentation would be more compelling
hello i would like to now who is palying at the first song th name of the band please send it to me allso it is a nice presenatoin i allso am a student of architecture

Good video, but am uninspired by the architecture. Looks more like a Persian recreation you would see in Vegas.

interesting... i was thinking throughout the entire video when was i gonna grad.
and this sounds like the grad music lol
so the entire year's projects are parts of an actual site?
how does everyone coordinate?
All this glass roof is a bit worrying. what's with the climate response here?
