It cracks me up that no one knew about the roots of this show in the UK... it started out as a Radio show with Clive Anderson the host, John Sessions and Stephen Fry as residents. Dawn French and Lenny Henry were guests one time... I love dthe fact that they spliced UK and US talent, it really stirred up the pot and show what both sides of the water could bring to the plate... I like the U,S. version, but the first 2 UK shows featured much more talented peeps... like JOHN SESSIONS!!!!

Why is there so much bloody rivalry between the two versions?! they're pretty much the same bloody shows, the main improvisers are the same the games are the same the non existent scoring is the same.
