i can't really imagine. maybe he will be thrown behind bars if he mention the name of cameroon. its really ridiculous that there is no freedom as such in cameroon.
He is from the north west Region and that used to be part of Nigeria before the plebicit, when we voted to join La Republique. I hope I am clear enough.
This guy is a true custodian of the north tradition(Le gaudian de notre tradition). Never relent your effort to keep the flag flying. No nsowa we deh for your bank
Can anyone imagine why he had to sing this song back then regarding power struggle but with the name of nigeria? was is dangerous to say 'Cameroon na wosai we do' i dont get it
ambeche, i guess u're right. so much suggested, yes, but a lot also implied in the reference to nigeria: the anglophone problem for instance, if you accept my view that those crying for salvation in the song are Anglophones, not just an undefined 'masses', the children of israel, at the banks of the River Mungo.
@ambeche he is a Cameroonian but maybe the time the record was composed he was in Nigeria. Just like when Petit Pays visited Nigeria a few years ago he played all those records with unwanted language.
