The guitar is Justin's third arm as he's been playing since 7. It's what gives him life - to play, sing & write songs. I don't think he & the band members would know what to do with themselves if they all retired and no longer play together. That's why they're stlll so good, they never stop performing. Although it must be difficult being on the road so much. Hopefully they are still able to enjoy life at their homes with their families. I think Ray Thomas left the band to enjoy retirement.
