But I have beeen acting in live theatre, I know obviously no sex scenes but I've had kissing scenes and I can say if you are already in a relationship nothing should really form. That's just my opinion though. If I ever make it to bigger movies I seriously doubt I would do sex scenes, I think it's insulting to your g/f/spouse.
