Whats funny is that this Tongan lot seem more fit and more lithe than recent incarnations forwards wise. Their Loosies in this game looked awesome!

Pacific societies lack in financial areas and facilities, therefore it is a struggle for them when competing against larger and more wealthy nations such as New Zealand and Australia. we cannot guarantee that we will win, and most of the time we don't, but victories such as these are proud moments for our pacific people. - Peace

My uncle SUPI MAILEI was the youngest(16 years old) and was part of this 73' Legends team, I don't think he played though but he still was one of the greatest!

Keep your dual eligibility rule, theres pretty much no rugby team in the world that doesnt have an island name in it...

There have been a few upsets for the island nations. Tonga beating OZ, almost beating Sth Africa in 07RWC, Samoa beating Wales acouple of times, Fiji beating Wales and almost beating Sth Africa in 07RWC. One of these 3 have beaten France. Then theres the NZ Maori who have beaten the British Lions and drew with Sth Africa (ref cheated handing Sth Africa a draw). Even the smaller Cook Islands have beaten Italy.

There have been a few upsets for the island nations. Tonga beating OZ, almost beating Sth Africa in 07RWC, Samoa beating Wales acouple of times, Fiji beating Wales and almost beating Sth Africa in 07RWC. One of these 3 have beaten France. Then theres the NZ Maori who have beaten the British Lions and drew with Sth Africa (ref cheated handing Sth Africa a draw). Even the smaller Cook Islands have beaten Italy.

this game is legendary Tongan power... These guys would have been old school Pacififc Islanders humble and let their work do the talking. I'm a proud Samoan the old folk would not be proud of the brothers bad mouthing each other like you guys are doing. You aren't fucking animals so pull your heads in and have some class.

I get a real chill when Tongans and Samoans argue and do all that talkin smack and gang stuff... cuz its SCARY!! hehe Im a half-caste tongan btw... and I also believe that these players were more humble and down to earth than the poly-punks that play nowadays....When watching rugby or any sport I go for whatever Polynesian team is doing great. Whether it be Tonga or Samoa or whoever.

This isn't the biggest upset, this is what it should be! Australia and New Zealand would be nothing without the Pacific Island Nations. I'm Samoan and so over the moon watching this. I just wish Tonga had 1st pick at their players as well as Samoa and Fiji.

Don't count your eggs soon, Pacific Islander Rugby is increasing in force. Last World Cup Tonga nearly beat South Africa, Fiji showed it's flare, Samoa had a year off, so you wait, time will tell.
